I am now paying for the most expensive plan simply to keep my account active and continue testing, which makes the service considerably more expensive than I expected when I signed up. Pros Pros: The email preview and device testing functionality is useful. It makes it easier to check how emails render across different email clients and devices without maintaining access to all of those environments yourself. Cons The customer support experience has been very poor. I have been a customer for around three months and have contacted support by email about an issue with my account, but I have never received a response. I also have concerns about how the service presents its “unlimited” email previews. The device preview tests are cumulative, so in practice the testing is subject to a cumulative allowance rather than being truly unlimited. There also seems to be an issue with how my tests are being counted. I have tried to get this investigated, but without any response from support, the problem remains unresolved.
