Pros: Ease of use and intuitive.

Simple stages of set up and controlled by the user

Cons: Not all of the criteria we were looking for is available yet but up-grades are about to be announced

Overall: We are in the early stages of roll out but already the Training Module is being used and works so well that we are moving Sole Traders and Specialised Sub Contractor records across as well.

The Incident reporting is up and running and save so much time.
