Pros

  • Fast replies, very patient and courteous customer support.

  • My clients loved gaining access to the client portal and being able to have their inventory at their fingertips.

  • The software definitely saves you time very convenient and can go through the house doing tables of measurements with ease.

  • Great technical support team. Very responsive and helpful.

Cons

  • Eh it has been a bit frustrating at times, my main complain is the time it takes to load.

  • Sometimes clients will ask for inventory items to be broken down and the weight in stock is not adjusted automatically.

  • I have no clue how to remove a customer from the system once their order has been delivered out. I can empty their inventory, but all our customers from years ago are still there.

  • There are a lot of filters and options that I'm not sure how to use. I tried going to the FAQ's and found it complicated to learn these features.

"helpful customer support staff"

Pros: fast replies, very patient and courteous customer support

Cons: they were only available monday - friday

"Warehouse & Inventory Management made easy"

Overall: In the past, if I needed help with something in Windfall, I would just e-mail MoveHQ and I would get a response in a reasonable time frame.

Pros: Managing inventory is conveniently made simple with MoveHQ. You can scan or manually enter information. You can customize each customer differently. You can also set up your customers with Portal User accessibility, to view their product.

Cons: A feature that can be implemented is the calculation of weights. For example, the total weight of outbound items per work order.

"McGuire Moving & Storage MoveHQ Review"

Overall: We were using a different software when our van line notified about the switch to MoveHQ. While we don't use all the features, the survey feature has been our primary focus when the switch occurred. At that time, the software was fairly new and we encountered a few bumps in the road. However, customer support is always timely in their responses and provide help / software edits when necessary.

Pros: We use this program specifically for the survey feature

Cons: The survey feature doesn't allow us to easily plug in custom notes about each job

Reasons for Switching to MoveHQ : Our van line was making the switch and since the software was part of the package, we switched at that time.

Pros: [sensitive content hidden] are great helps! They are both quick to assist and helped mitigate the issue in a short amount of time.

Cons: I do not like how slow it is. And how sensitive it is to changes.

"Saved my sanity"

Overall: Overall I am very happy with the product.

Pros: When I first started using Move HQ it was a life saver. It made it so easy to track inventory throughout the warehouse, create reports for clients. My clients loved gaining access to the client portal and being able to have their inventory at their fingertips.

Cons: Sometimes clients will ask for inventory items to be broken down and the weight in stock is not adjusted automatically. I wish that the weight of the shipment would transfer to the work order for a final delivery or handle out weight.

Reasons for Choosing MoveHQ : I searched other solutions and this was the one that would allow me the most customization.
