While we don't use all the features, the survey feature has been our primary focus when the switch occurred. At that time, the software was fairly new and we encountered a few bumps in the road. However, customer support is always timely in their responses and provide help / software edits when necessary. You are able to quickly sync data between Driver, CRM and Warehouse using the customer ID. Warehouse allows multiple images and you can use our mobile app on your phone or tablet to add and remove inventory on the go. Let's set up a time for you and our support team to connect and go over these items to make sure you are running as efficiently as possible in HQ. Additionally, our development team is working on a self-serve report designer so you can quickly design any report you may need out of Warehouse. Customer Service Manager Warehousing Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Simple to Use" November 11, 2022 5.0 Pros I only had to be shown once how to add customers and orders, so fairly simple to use for the day to day stuff. Cons There are a lot of filters and options that I'm not sure how to use. I tried going to the FAQ's and found it complicated to learn these features. I have no clue how to remove a customer from the system once their order has been delivered out. I can empty their inventory, but all our customers from years ago are still there. Pros Managing inventory is conveniently made simple with MoveHQ. You can scan or manually enter information. You can customize each customer differently. You can also set up your customers with Portal User accessibility, to view their product. Cons A feature that can be implemented is the calculation of weights. Pros When I first started using Move HQ it was a life saver. It made it so easy to track inventory throughout the warehouse, create reports for clients. My clients loved gaining access to the client portal and being able to have their inventory at their fingertips. Cons Sometimes clients will ask for inventory items to be broken down and the weight in stock is not adjusted automatically. I wish that the weight of the shipment would transfer to the work order for a final delivery or handle out weight. Pros Product is user friendly. Anytime I needed a template or had questions, Move HQ was able to assist. I am able to manage many warehouses with this program. Move HQ also assisted to set up locations in the warehouse with ease for product management. Cons If there are any issues, Move HQ is very quick on assisting me with solutions.
