Before that I was using another service that was a lot more expensive and had fewer features. I am happy I made the switch and highly recommend this software. Pros The product is easy to use and it only took a few minutes to set it up. It includes features like triggered notifications, a notification drip, A/B testing, custom opt-in, scheduled notifications, and segmentation. Cons Setting up the triggered notifications is a little trickier than I would have expected, but I was finally able to get a hang of it.
