Pros The product is usable when it works, the personal tax software is good. The sales team do a good job of convincing you that everything will run smoothly, and the software is just as good as PTP. Cons The accounts production software is limited and only good for simple clients, the customer service is terrible. When you have a problem you need to raise a ticket which takes days to respond to. When you ring you go through to an overseas call center staffed with people who only know how to raise a ticket. Because of this, when you get an issue, which you will, it will be a problem for days rather than minutes or hours. Pros Easy to use and available anywhere online so not limited to one computer. The cost is good and offers a number of licences depending on your requirements. I had one query which was quickly resolved by their online support. Cons The licencing is a challenge to get all of the products within the same licence period with a very long 90 day notice length.
