Overall: Great tool that helped with Worker Onboarding, Document collection and Employment contracts. Super easy and intuitive to use. Quick and informative support. Really helped streamline our processes.
Pros: Very easy to use as its very intuitive so training time is minimal.
Cons: Nothing, works really easy and well with our existing processes.

Overall: Unfortunatley it doesn't quite work for our unique scenario but the customer service provided was amazing

Cons: i wish you could collect data from non-Salesforce fields and publish that data to a Salesforce field.

Pros: Relieving us of excels and emails, store data in mid process until completion. We can create employment contracts and save them as PDFs
Cons: Requires good Salesforce skills to implement - we need to manage permissions in order for fields to appear on the forms
