Unfortunatley it doesn't quite work for our unique scenario but the customer service provided was amazing

Pros

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was willing to jump on a call and show me how to try and accomplish what was needed. Super helpful

Cons

i wish you could collect data from non-Salesforce fields and publish that data to a Salesforce field.

Great tool that helped with Worker Onboarding, Document collection and Employment contracts. Super easy and intuitive to use. Quick and informative support. Really helped streamline our processes.

Pros

Very easy to use as its very intuitive so training time is minimal.

Cons

Nothing, works really easy and well with our existing processes.

Helpful support

Pros

Relieving us of excels and emails, store data in mid process until completion. We can create employment contracts and save them as PDFs

Cons

Requires good Salesforce skills to implement - we need to manage permissions in order for fields to appear on the forms
