You are able to get things out to your families very quickly-very often they are still on the phone and already have the info in their mailbox. Cons Most issues tend to be user problems.... They can always fix or help me with me question. Pros I can refund money very easily. The emails and calls are good and let me know if someone has filled the forms out. I like the color also. Cons Two or more people cannot sign the paperwork. I had a lot of families tell me that its extremely hard to navigate through the forms…(can’t go back to fix or change things.) When I type a name in the search bar, I get a lot of “Not Found” results so I have to make a new case and I find that person’s name later. Then, I have two cases and end up having to delete one. The bad thing is it took me time to do all this. Sometimes they take a little long to answer. I don’t use the ID Verification. I still cannot do my CMT per needs. October 24, 2018 5.0 The staff replies VERY quickly! The software is user friendly, and easy to work with. I LOVE IT! Pros This software makes my job 10 times easier. Having the forms available at my fingertips and making it so much easier for our clients to e-sign. It plays a key role in my day to day, and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing. Cons As of right now, the contract isn't functional (because the number of death certificates ordered is never the same for each client), so I have to generate my contract on another antiquated software. The family can sign the paperwork online instead of having to come in physically which helps since we have many families that either cannot make it in or they live out of state. Cons The program can be very slow, and it can be difficult to navigate through the options. The PandaDoc is very slow and does jot work properly on my end sometimes. Review Source EF Evette F. Prior to signing up my website was just a space for people to go but it did not create the opportunity for me to conduct business. Parting pro has changed this for my business. Pros Parting pro helped provide organization for our firm. The set up process is simple. Their staff are all well educated their products and offerings. They are very helpful, and seek to understand how to solve my problems. In short, they treat me the way I treat my families. Pros The convenience to both the funeral home AND the family. Cons The automatic numbering system doesn't match with ours, so I have to re-adjust each case number. This is an extremely minor issue, and it is well worth the effort to have this system. Pros I like that we can do an arrangements from start to finish pretty quickly and efficiently with out really having to bother the family with multiple phone calls. Cons Something that I would like to see improvement on is being able to upload last minute documents to the family so that they can digitally sign them instead of sending them a separate email.
