### "Learning curve"

The company has been easy to work with, very helpful and the end users are satisfied with the software. The admin/back side could be reconfigured to be easier to work with.

Pros

Visually it's very appealing. The end user side is easy to understand.

Cons

The administrative side seems disorganized and occasionally redundant. The interface isn't as user friendly.

Reason for choosing Parting Pro

Customer service was exceptional and other products didn't offer customization options that were attractive to our company goals.

### "PartingPro is easy"

PartingPro is nice to get the paperwork that is needed to a costumer and to insure they fill out the necessary information and signatures. They are very helpful in making changes or trying our ideas. We also us it to help costumers make easy secure payments

Pros

It's easy to use for us and our costumers.

Cons

Its a little hard to make changes case by case.

The time-saving aspect, for both consumer and office.

Pros

The time-saving aspect is very helpful. Consumers are able to complete everything online, saving them the time from coming in, and saving us time on appointment schedules. Use of the software also enhances the safety measures with avoiding exposure during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Cons

Consumers sometimes have a hard time moving forward with the forms; glitches where signatures are needed.
