Cituro ist ein sehr umfassendes Tool, das viele Möglichkeiten zur Optimierung unserer Buchungsprozesse bietet. Hervorheben möchten wir zudem den Kundensupport, der wirklich sehr hilfreich, schnell und reaktiv ist.

Cons

Cituro ist ein sehr umfangreiches und leistungsstarkes Tool, was gleichzeitig bedeutet, dass es für Einsteiger etwas komplex in der Handhabung sein kann. Dank der Schulungen und des sehr guten Supports wird die Nutzung jedoch schnell verständlicher, und mit der Zeit wird das Tool immer einfacher und effizienter im Alltag einsetzbar.

Der Zeitaufwand für die Beantwortung von Emails und Telefonaten bzw. AB- Nachrichten hat sich enorm reduziert und es bleibt mehr Zeit für andere Dinge.

Pros

Am besten gefällt mir die unkomplizierte Anwendung, auch ohne große IT- Kenntnisse lässt sich das Portal gut bedienen.

Cons

Ich nutze cituaro seit ein paar Monaten, mir gefällt bisher alles und es gab nie Probleme mit der Anwendung.

Die einfache Handhabung von Kalender und Dienstplan und die gute Strukturierung des gesamten Tools. Der freundliche Kundenservice.

Cons

Wenn man zu viele Buchungen bei den Gruppenbuchungen hat verliert sich der überblick. Ich stelle mir die Frage ob man da langfristig noch eine übersichtlichere Oberfläche schaffen kann.

Gut strukturierte Software und ein hervorragender Support. Bei Fragen gibt´s schnelle, zielführende Hilfe. Top!

Pros

Einfache Bedienbarkeit für meine Mitarbeiter und mich aber vor allem auch für meine Patienten. Selbst ältere Menschen kommen mit der Onlinebuchung hervorragend zurecht.

Cons

Ich wüsste nicht, was ich zu diesem Punkt sagen sollte. Es gibt aus meiner Sicht keine Nachteile aber Verbesserungswünsche: es wäre praktisch, wenn in der Kundenverwaltung die Kundennummer gleich hinter dem Namen angezeigt werden könnte. Bei der Terminvergabe wäre es hilfreich, wenn neben dem Namen auch das Geburtsdatum resp. die Kundennummer ohne Umwege eingeblendet wird. Das hätte den Vorteil, der schnelleren Übersicht und der eindeutigen Zuweisung.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden! Super Support via Chat! Super tool zum Starten. Als Weiterentwicklung wäre noch ein Abrechnungssystem, welches integriert ist, wünschenswert.

Pros

Was ich an Cituro unschlagbar finde, ist der sehr gute Sofort-Support über die Chat Funktion. Hier konnte mir schon mehrfach sehr unkompliziert, sehr umgehend geholfen werden. Vielen Dank dafür, liebes Cituro-Team! Auch die einfache Bedienbarkeit, das relativ intuitive Bedienen macht es recht einfach mit Cituro einfach zu starten.

Cons

Was noch etwas ausführlicher sein könnte, sind die Statistikauswertungen. Für Beginner völlig ausreichend, aber jetzt nach einigen Jahren im Buisness könnte es hier noch etwas mehr Auswertungsmöglichkeiten geben.

Ich bin sehr überrascht über dieses Tool . Die Buchung sind sehr einfach und den Kunden gefällt es auch . Ich kann das volle Potenzial meiner Mitarbeiter hierdurch nutzen . Ansonsten müssen wir Stundenlang am Telefon versuchen die Leute zu erreichen . Dies ist sehr praktisch und empfehlenswert . Es ist auch sehr kostengünstig .

Pros

Es ist sehr einfach zu benutzen . Ich kann die volle Kapazität meiner Mitarbeiter ausnutzen . Wir haben viele Termine hierdurch erzielen können und sind glücklich diese App gefunden zu haben . Der Support ist auch gut .

Cons

Alles super , kein Contra . Ich bin sehr begeistert über diese App und würde es jeder Firma weiterempfehlen die viele Termine machen .

Insgesamt eine gute und verlässliche Lösung mit breitem Funktionsumfang. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und hilfsbereite Kundenservice, der auch bei Fragen schnell reagiert und unterstützt.

Pros

Die Integration auf der Webseite funktioniert sehr gut. Dazu kommen viele flexible Möglichkeiten wie Terminbestätigung, automatische Erinnerungen und die einfache Verwaltung der Termine.

Cons

Für Kleinstunternehmen ist es relativ teuer, zudem können Leistungen nicht ausgeblendet werden. Im Standard-Paket sind Bewertungen nur im Buchungsfenster sichtbar, die Anzeige direkt auf der Webseite gibt es erst ab Professional, was für kleine Praxen unverhältnismässig teuer ist. Meine Bewertung mit drei Sternen liegt hauptsächlich am hohen Preis – sonst wären es fünf Sterne.

Meine Erfahrung mit cituro ist durchweg positiv. Das System hat viele manuelle Abläufe in meinem Unternehmen automatisiert und macht die Terminverwaltung deutlich entspannter – sowohl für mein Team als auch für unsere Kunden. Besonders schätze ich, dass cituro kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt wird und der Support wirklich auf Augenhöhe agiert. Man merkt, dass hier ein engagiertes Team dahintersteht, das die Bedürfnisse moderner Dienstleister versteht.

Pros

cituro vereint alles, was ich mir von einem modernen Terminbuchungssystem wünsche: Es ist extrem benutzerfreundlich, lässt sich individuell an die Abläufe meines Unternehmens anpassen und spart durch automatisierte Prozesse (z. B. bei Terminerinnerungen und Bewertungsanfragen) enorm viel Zeit. Besonders überzeugt mich der Fokus auf Effizienz und Kundenbindung – z. B. durch die einfache Integration von Google-Bewertungen und den reibungslosen Onlinebuchungsprozess für unsere Kunden.

Cons

Da cituro sehr viele Funktionen bietet, braucht es anfangs etwas Zeit, sich mit allen Möglichkeiten vertraut zu machen. Einige Features sind so flexibel, dass man sich erst klar werden muss, wie man sie am besten für das eigene Business nutzt – dafür wird man aber mit viel Anpassungsfreiheit belohnt. Zum Glück ist der Support super hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar, wenn Fragen auftauchen.

Ich arbeite seit mehreren Jahren mit Cicuro zusammen. Der Service war sehr hilfsbereit und die Preise waren akzeptabel. Die Preise wurden innerhalb weniger Monate zweimal erhöht.

Pros

Cituro ist auf ein Gute Idee gekommen. Wenn jemand paar Minuten vor 9:00 Uhr anruft, meldet sich der Anrufbeantworter mit der Meldung , dass ich außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten anrufe. Wenn ich 20 Sekunden nach 9:00 anrufe , schaltet sich der Anrufbeantworter ein und sagt mit , dass alle Mitarbeiter besetzt sind, bitte später anrufen !! Sie können den ganzen Tag zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten anrufen und NIEMAND geht ans Telefon ! Vor ein paar Jahren war der Service sehr gut , man konnte jederzeit anrufen , jetzt hat Cituro mehr Kunden und er ignoriert sie einfach.

Schönen guten Tag, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Wir verstehen Ihren Ärger über das neue Preismodell. Mit dem neuen Preismodell können Sie selbst entscheiden, welches Paket am besten zu Ihren Anforderungen und Ihrem Budget passt. Abhängig vom gewählten Paket fallen im Vergleich zu Ihrem Altvertrag sogar geringere Kosten an. Sicherlich bedeutet die Preismodelländerung für einige Kunden eine Preiserhöhung, allerdings haben wir seit der Markteinführung 2018 keine Preiserhöhung vorgenommen. Seit dem hat sich viel getan und cituro ist heute einer der führenden Anbieter für Terminbuchungslösungen. Die Preise entsprechen nun wieder dem angebotenen Leistungsumfang. Aufgrund unserer Preismodelländerung und der Veröffentlichung einer neuen Version kam es in den letzten Wochen zu einem erhöhten Anfrageaufkommen. Wir bemühen uns jeden Anruf entgegenzunehmen, was aber leider bei der Vielzahl von Anrufen nicht immer möglich ist. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis. Beste Grüße Ihr cituro Team

Pros

Es ist wirklich nicht schlecht, interessante Funktionen

Cons

Es könnte noch ein paar mehr funktionen geben. Das design war mir nicht auffällig genug, aber das kann man evntl auch noch anpassen. Letztendlich bin ich dann aber zur Konkurrenz gewechselt
