Pros

I have to say that I like several features about this software, for example, if I compare this tool for example with SOLMAN (Solution Manager by SAP) Helppeople is easier to use, I like there are so many filters in the home screen in order to have an accurate searching, and I like the way I can customize my user reports.

Cons

I think that everyting is ok. But in my organization, in order to scale a request to another dependency, we have to create a new order associated whith the original one, instead to use the scale button. The sofware administrators in my organization said they are working in order to put this button in operation.

Soy encargado de adiministrar la gestion de activos y brindo soporte en aspectos tecnicos de configuracion es un software muy facil de aprender y manejar.

Pros

Rapida implementacion, muy intuitivo y facil de utilizar, excelente soporte del proveedor.

Cons

Ultimamente la atencion de soporte ha tenido lentitud por parte del proveedor para resolver problemas.

En la copañia para la cual trabajo, Alcaldia de Cali, los usuarios se encuentran gratamente safisfechos con el uso de esta herramienta, la cual les ha permitido gestionar sin contratiempo sus peticiones.

Pros

Gestiona completamente todo tu portafolio de servicios de una manera agil, segura, estable y de calidad, esto lo puedes lograr con Helppeople

Cons

Muchas de las cosas sobre todo de la inteface que no gustaban de la versión 7 ya fueron corregidas con la versión aurora, haciendo de esto un producto más amigable con el usuario.

Ya se había adquirido anteriormente por parte de la Alcaldía de Cali, este producto y se decidió continuar con él, ademas de aprovechar algunos beneficios por ser clientes ya.

Una experiencia basada en el buen servicio y apoyo de todo el equipo.

Hemos revisado varias alternativas en el mercado pero de las que mas se acerca al objetivo comercial es Helppeople donde vemos una gran capacidad y adaptacion a los procesos empresariales y comerciales

El cambio de software de mesa de ayuda fue muy positivo, los usuarios fueron muy receptivos y la curva de aprendizaje se supero muy rapido, en serio el software es muy sencillo de utilizar y de parametrizar.

Pros

Se pudo hacer una implementacion en menos de 3 meses para una entidad como la Alcaldia de Santiago de Cali, que manejaba en su momento mas de 2000 usuarios. El numero de usaurios se incremento, siendo la mesa mas incliyente por su facilidad de uso, la cantidad de solicitudes tambien aumento y esto permitio empezar a registrar lo que realemnte pasa al interior de la entidad, lo que permitio realizar cambios de fondo en la manera como los equipos TI trabajan.

Cons

Aunque el software tiene muchas funcionalidades generales lidiar con las parametrizaciones propias de la Alcaldia ha sido algo dificil, el equipo de desarrollo de help people ha sido algo lento. El esquema de licenciamiento no fue claro para nosotros desde un principio y nos genero unos costos extras .

Me ha permitido darle orden a mi trabajo. Pues con helppeople puedo hacerle seguimiento a mis tareas y a las solicitudes que me ponen en otras áreas

Que es fácil de usar y lo más importante es que se puede usar en todas las áreas de la empresa

Falta de material como manuales y videos para autogestionarse
