I also enjoy having all vendor information in one accessible location, simplifying the vendor management process. Additionally, our ongoing support person is very helpful and great to deal with. It is an amazing system to use, unfortunately it is too restrictive in that even administrators cannot add/amend information in vendor profiles. Pros It is user friendly and easy to navigate. The support I have received to date is also great. Cons Being vendor-managed profiles, when vendors do not provide specific information which would make it easier for users to find vendors for specific needs, even as an administrator I cannot add/edit information on their behalf. This is the most frustrating part of Felix. It has also assisted with streamlining the requests for tender process and reduces repetitive tasks when sending multiple requests out for tender. The vendor onboarding process is simple to use and leaves the vendor responsible for loading their compliance documents and ensuring that those documents are kept up to date. I would highly recommend the platform to other companies.
