Pros Fantastic leading edge Manager of Managers technology providing a clear route to a single pain of glass view of your entire enterprise. Customer support is first class and they have always been very open to ideas and opinions of how the product suite could be developed. This is a tool that actually delivers within the monitoring/alerting arena. If you want something new, Interlink will help you achieve it as thats the way they work, hand-ons Pros The Interlink toolset is so flexible you can achieve almost any monitoring solution required. Customer support is second to none. Presentation layer is easy to develop with and very flexible. Out of the box integrations also industry standard. You get virtually one to one support, the developer/support personel actually know what the code should be doing. Cons The upgrade path could sometimes be a little tricky but I'm sure Interlink are addressing this. Losing the old .Net dashboards will be a pity.
