Keyword Tool does not allow proper cancellations, and their billing system is flawed. Even after proving we haven't used the tool, they refuse to process a refund unless we provide "evidence" of their own system’s failure. This is a clear money-grab tactic, and it should be a warning to anyone considering signing up. ⚠ Attention: Once you subscribe, canceling is NOT straightforward! Proceed with caution, as you might end up being charged long after you thought you canceled. Pros The tool itself is functional, but nothing special compared to other keyword research tools on the market. Cons We canceled our subscription years ago, yet somehow their system "failed" to register it, and they continued to charge us. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they demand proof that we canceled—despite the fact that we have not used the tool at all since then. Their cancellation system is unreliable, and they place the burden of proof on the customer, making refunds unnecessarily difficult. Despite requesting a reduction from 33 seats to 19, I was still being charged for the higher number, and my account continued to reflect the incorrect seat count. Attempts to resolve this through customer support felt like they were going in circles, which led me to write a negative review. However, after posting my initial feedback, the company’s support team proactively reached out to me and made a consistent effort to resolve the issue. They not only corrected the overcharges but also provided a discount, ensuring that everything was adjusted fairly. While the initial experience was frustrating, I appreciate that they ultimately took my concerns seriously and worked hard to make things right. Because of their efforts, I am now satisfied with the outcome. Pros Good research tool for search volume across 12 different search engines, which is very convenient. Cons Being charged for seats I don't need. Customers can manually increase the number of seats needed, up to 55 total. But you can't manually adjust the number of seats down to what you are actually using. If you are not careful, you will THINK you are lowering the number of seats (it will look like you have) but they will charge you for whatever maximum number of seats you had, UNLESS you ask Support to lower it for you.
