It has become an integral part of our day-to-day operations and is a system that we rely on every day to help manage our sites and projects. It has helped us streamline our processes, improve communication between the office and site teams and maintain consistent, organised records across our projects. Being able to manage so much information through one central system saves a considerable amount of time and makes overseeing multiple sites much simpler. The system continues to be a valuable tool for our business and we would definitely recommend BORIS to other companies looking to improve the way they manage their sites, projects and information. Pros BORIS is a great tool that we use every day and has made managing our sites much easier. Having everything in one place allows both our office and site teams to access and update information quickly, which has significantly reduced paperwork and made our processes more efficient. Once a survey, inspection or job has been completed, reports can be generated and downloaded quickly in a professional format and sent directly to our clients. This has made a significant difference to the way we communicate progress and provide evidence of works completed. The most important role of any reporting software is providing our clients with the necessary information in a transparent and efficient manner, with Boris Software our clients can receive live updates to monitor progression on site in real time.
