Boris has transformed our operations and our team could not go back to paper processes. We have made all aspects of our quality and recording more efficient. Our site teams love it because they don’t have to call to the office anymore! Pros BORIS offers the most comprehensive pricing module for the fire stopping and fire door industry. Salesman who promised several ( unavailable) features refused to call me. When I asked for a refund my email was ignored . We are now with Bolster . Far superior system . Pros I honestly can’t find anything positive to write about our treatment. We are a small new company and subscribed to Boris lite . We were promised the world. Most of the features promised were not forthcoming Cons Whilst the Boris team tried to assist the salesman was emailed several times. The Boris lite system does not work . We never completed one task successfully . December 21, 2024 5.0 BORIS software has offered us with comprehensive fixed asset management solutions which has enabled us to effortlessly track our assets. Pros My favourite thing about BORIS software is that it has user configurable fields and effective in financial analysis. Cons The software has made asset tracking easier and convinient. Fire Safety Facilities Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Adaptable and easy to use" January 22, 2024 5.0 The helpdesk is very supportive & helps with any issues I may have but also shows me how to do things myself. I now have a library of prompts for when I need to do something on Boris that I haven't done for a while. Pros I bought the software to carry out fire risk assessments and fire door surveys but it does so much more. I now complete Health & Safety, Vehicle and Ladder Audits, New Starter forms, PPE Checks, Expense Forms, and Toolbox Talks and have added training videos & staff certification. Cons As with any new software, the first month of using the app is a learning curve & you need to persevere to appreciate the benefits that it can bring. I no longer have to spend time typing up my notes, or resizing photos from an assessment as I do everything directly into the app so the assessment is finished when I leave the site. Reason for choosing BORIS SiteWorks - I customised the app to make it do what I needed it to do to collate the photographs for my fire risk assessments but I then had 2 documents for one assessment. September 15, 2023 5.0 Pros I absolutely adore our Boris system, every day tasks are an absolute dream due to the extensive capabilities and how streamlined Boris is. We have not experienced any issues with Boris and I have personally been using this system for just short of 5 years, it has everything that we could ever need in order to manage a successful and every growing business. The features of Boris have no end and it is fully flexible to suit any business sizes or requirements. I could not possibly pick a favourite feature as there are far too many but I can say that without Boris, my working day would never end it would be a lot more stressful! Boris literally takes everything and makes it work like a dream with just a few clicks of a button! Cons I am yet to find something that Boris cannot do and so there is nothing that i like least about Boris, aside from not finding it sooner! Reason for choosing BORIS Quite frankly, we chose Boris over Bolster because it fits so much better. Everything flows, its easy to set up, easy to manage, and a lot easier to navigate. For our teams on site they have everything they need including digital RAMS, interactive floor plans, scheduled works and much more. Boris has helped with the growth of the business, this system allows us to easily monitor each project efficiently. The most important role of any reporting software is providing our clients with the necessary information in a transparent and efficient manner, with Boris Software our clients can receive live updates to monitor progression on site in real time. Cons Due to the size of the reports that we are sometimes required to work on, the Boris software on both mobile and desktop can be slow to load.
