You simply won't find a social media management tool at such a great deal that offers unlimited social posts. Give it a try with their 7 day free trial.

Pros

For anyone managing multiple accounts or clients, OneUp is an easy, reliable, and refreshingly straightforward platform. I switched to OneUp after my previous social media management tool dropped support for Twitter, and I’ve been impressed ever since. Unlike many SMM tools that lock essential features behind higher-tier plans, OneUp provides meaningful functionality even for basic users. Some of the features I value most include: - Unified Message Inbox with the ability to reply directly to comments and DMs - Timeslot scheduling for efficient content planning - Media Gallery for organizing assets - Link-in-bio page tools - AI-powered features to help generate post content - Analytics that give clear insight into performance Having tested several SMM platforms over the years, OneUp stands out as the most affordable, feature-rich, and user-friendly option I’ve used.

Cons

Nothing so far. I’ve been using OneUp for a few weeks and haven’t encountered any major issues. The only minor errors I experienced were due to factors outside of OneUp’s control (e.g., AWS-wide outages), and their support team responded quickly and effectively each time.

Pros

This is a nice platform overall that is constanly making improvements, but the best part is the customer service. They are very responsive. If you have an issue, don't hesitate to email them. The team wants to make it right, and anything I've ever submitted, they've taken care of. It was very easy to add a team member and give her the level of access that I'm comfortable with.

Cons

I struggle with the app, but I haven't discussed it with the OneUp team so I feel like I can't complain if I haven't told them that there is a problem. \*adds it to my to-do list\*

I am very happy with my overall experience using OneUp. The team seems very eager to please, and for the first time that I can remember, I actually enjoy newsletter updates, simply because there aren't too many, and when they come they are very relevant.

Pros

Have been using OneUp for a couple of months, and I am very pleased. It was crucial for me that scheduling content through a planner would not compromise quality, which led me to this app. I am also very happy with the categorization of content, media gallery and how the calendar works (and allowing me to start weeks on Mondays). It is perhaps a bit minimal, but it has got everything I need and is easy to understand and use. I am beyond satisfied with the customer service I have received from OneUp, and it seems they are intent on developing the app into an even better scheduling tool.

Cons

I struggle to find something bothering me with the available features. Although I view a minimalistic interface and experience as a pro, I hope they will add more features. Mainly, I find that I need a place to scribble ideas, like a type of moodboard that some schedulers have. Loading speed could be a bit faster when creating posts.

Its just simple to use. Using it with all my social accounts seamlessly. All other schedulers out there don't include all the social media platforms like OneUp Does.

Pros

Its so easy to use! Ive been using it for my side hustle for a year now, its awesome! It has all the social accounts that I use.

Cons

The limited scheduled post cap of 150. I plan ahead, and sometimes that schedules me out further than 150.

I've been looking for the perfect social media tool for eons, lifetimes, even. OneUp's SEO must not be good, because it never comes up when I search. But ChatGPT recommended it to me and I've been trialing it for the last couple of weeks. It's been super powerful and helpful to my flow, and one of the founders even responded personally when I posted on Reddit asking some questions and they already implemented a change I requested. I'm very surprised by how quickly they move and how receptive they are to feedback!

Pros

Tons of features that their competitors don't support; bulk posting, social inbox (across all platforms), personal Facebook pages, direct posting to IG and TikTok. There's so many features, I doubt I've even found them all yet!

Cons

So far, the only complaint I have is the jump in pricing from the lowest tier to the next tier up. It's 4x the cost. Otherwise, I've been very happy so far!

Really amazing so far, I posted on IG, Tiktok, Youtube and it went really smooth, super easy to post or schedule.

Pros

I've been looking for a social media management app and done my research, tested a few of the major ones but I wasn't impressed and I read so many negative reviews. Then I found this one on a big forum and decided to give it a try and I absolutely love it so far. I can schedule my posts, I have all kinds of analytics, I am going to upgrade and pay for the year, it already convinced me.

Cons

That is doesn't have dark mode, all of my apps are in dark mode but for this one I haven't found it yet or it doesn't have it at all.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. OneUp helps me stay organized and consistent with my social media content. The reposting feature in particular makes my workflow much more efficient. It’s a reliable tool that I enjoy using regularly.

Pros

The best thing about OneUp is how easy it is to reupload posts without losing any of the original information. Captions, hashtags, and descriptions all stay exactly the same, which saves me a lot of time. It makes managing content much smoother because I don’t have to rewrite or copy everything again. The platform is also clean and easy to navigate, so getting started was very simple.

Cons

Sometimes it can feel slightly slow when working with multiple media files. I’d also love to see a bit more depth in the analytics section for better performance insights.

Great customer service and suppport, every time I need it. Just renewed my annual subscription for another year!

Pros

I'm incredibly pleased with the customer support that I recevied when I placed a request for a new feeature. I was amazed by how quickly and efficiently the OneUpApp team was able to create and deplpy to production the exact feature I requested!

Cons

I cant really think of anything that I dislike, at this time. Although, I would like to see alternate options for multifactor authentication such as passkeys.

I've been using OneUp for over a year, and I highly recommend it. It's very seamless to connect all the social media accounts. I especially like that you can auto-post to the Google Business profile.

Cons

I'd say the only con to OneUp might be sometimes some technical difficulties with posting, but overall everything works.

Pros

Just wanted to say I switched over from Zoho Social due to limited features, and I am genuinely impressed with OneUp. The platform is extremely intuitive and easy to use. I was up and running almost immediately with virtually no learning curve. Everything feels well thought out and streamlined, which makes posting and managing content a breeze. Really glad I made the switch.

I hit a post limit, and had to message to request an increase.

Excellent so far. I highly recommend them for agencies and soloists alike. And its an app you can scale with over time.

Pros

I've used many well known schedulers over the years. Their pricing has gotten out of control. Not the case with OneUp. It's fairly priced, crazy easy to use, and intuitive. Everything just makes sense. I do high volume production as a solopreneur, just for me (not for clients), so time effectiveness and establishing strong workflows is key. My work goes into the 19 videos I do a week + posts, so having good AI writing for the copy and hashtags is HUGE! Massive time saver. I recently had a brief text chat with some questions and the CSR was friendly, prompt, and very helpful. As long as they stay true to founding model, values, and pricing, I think they will soar.

Cons

Analytics are delayed but so much of that is based on paranoid META and LinkedIn not working WITH apps to the api soars. Makes no sense to me. The more data apps can put out, the more likely 3rd parties like OneUp can bring them more business. The UI is a little dated looks wise, but hey, at the end of the day - it's all about the effectiveness of the tool. As noted, this app rocks.

OneUp is a really easy to use platform for uploading social posts to multiple platforms at once. I use it for my business, and have liked the calendar options and being able to easily switch between accounts.

Pros

Easy to upload to multiple platforms while still being able to edit each post individually and customize them.

Cons

The page layout is very basic, and I wish the calendar section was easier to see each post. It's a little frustrating when you are posting to multiple accounts.

I tried different apps and this is the best, cheap and complete that I found in the entire internet and it works to 10 profiles without the need of expensive upgrades!

Pros

Cheap and complete solution to schedule posts in my social networks (limit of 10). It works great and gives me complete analytics.

Cons

It doesn’t auto post in personal Facebook profile. But it works great with pages and other social networks!

A solid, no-nonsense social media scheduling tool that covers the essentials well and provides good bang for the buck compared to higher-priced competitors.

Pros

Clean, simple, intuitive interface with all the same features as the other much more expensive competitors.

Cons

Some additional integrations would be nice, like selecting images from OneDrive, Google Drive, etc. though I'm fairly confident that if this was officially requested, they may implement it.

I have been very impressed with OneUp from the minute I registered. I received a personal email straight away and have had great customer support. They are very competitively priced and offer a great service.

Cons

I struggled a little at first with reels but have always had great support with any queries and everything is self explanatory once you get into it.

Really like it! Good value, nothing too expensive and for a small "business" like me, it's totally worth it. It offers everything I was looking for from a scheduling tool!

Pros

Tried multiple tools, this one stands out (for me) by offering the option to upload custom thumbnail for each post (even separately). Apart from that, I really like the UI. It's simple and intuitive.

Cons

If I had to point out one thing, it would be the preview how reel would look on different platforms. That one could be improved, but as a person who has the same template for reels, I already know what are the safe zones.

Pros

OneUp is an amazing multi platform scheduler that allows programmatic scaling with ease. We were able to easily publish to multiple platforms easily.

We have no issues with the service or company. Everything has been great so far and scheduling posts have been seamless.

Very good. Customer service was solid i.e. got back within 12 hours and also emailed the chat to me for record purposes.

Pros

Very simple, straightforward and easy to use interface. No complex software or coding required and the product just works. Pricing is fair in my opinion.

Cons

Would love if the free trial lasted longer ;) No problems so far, albeit have only been a customer for less than a week.

Love this app, core subscription for my business.

Pros

The support team are real people and super helpful and friendly. The app has some great improvements and help me keep on top of my marketing, As a small business owner, my time is valuable. Oneup has been a game changer.

Cons

There is not much. If Video was able to be posted to more platforms that would be awesome and if links and hashtags could be attached to stories (and if Tiktok would allow scheduling stories) but that's in an a ideal world.

Found on Reddit and connected quickly and easily. Support has been awesome and the price is literally unbelievable considering the void it fills.

Pros

Easy to navigate and schedule posts. The cost is easily justified for creating a social posting calendar.

Cons

Nothing, this app is cost effective and easy to use. Unlike other social scheduling apps this is dummy proof and cheap.

Fantastic, easy and time saving. I do not have a lot of time and being able to post to 8 social media accounts at once is amazing.

Pros

Makes posting so easy. I am a dad of an autistic boy, an executive level manager and the creator of a podcast last. The ability to use OneUp to schedule my social media posts is seamless and easy!

Cons

Nothing yet! I doubt I will. The pricing is great, sign up was easy and the navigation is very user friendly.
