Incredibly positive experience. It does everything I expected and is easy to use. The option to share the calendar with others, as well as accepting comments/approvals is great!

Pros

Software is easy to use and isn't overly expensive. Linking accounts was easy, selecting multiple platforms in one go is seamless. It's a massive time saver!

Cons

Though it is a great program, I would love to see them add additional platforms in the future. I feel the addition of Nextdoor would be a big boost. There are occasional failed to publish notices, though I can't say if that's on OneUp's blame or the social platforms. They do at least kick you a push notification ASAP and you can go in and have it try again. I haven't had any fail to post the second time so far.

It's been great so far and the emails from the manager/owner with tips is helpful as I'm just starting. Also, I appreciate that they seem to always be finding ways to improve. Great value, too!

Pros

Super easy to use and always improving! Incorporates all of what I need to schedule my client's posts, including hashtag support, time blocks, etc. The emails giving tips is helpful, too!

Cons

Its interface isn't very pretty, but hey, that's less important that the fact that it works. In the future, it'd be nice to be able to pick soundtracks for videos!

It's so helpful for keeping my organized on my social media scheduling, while also reducing the time I devote to the task

Cons

Sometimes the accounts disconnect and need to be refreshed. It's not the worst thing, but is annoying

It is saving me a lot of time, I am a business owner, and I have 3 franchises which need very similar posts, so I can easily post across all business where I can, or tweak posts to set locations as needed.

Pros

The ability to schedule across platforms and pages, but also the ability to keep a post open to use the same copy but tweak for each page individually. How clear it is to see which account I am posting to

Cons

I really haven't found much of a con, I searched though many options and this one seems to be most suitable for my needs.

I think it's super useful for anyone looking to increase their reach via marketing tools and experiences

Pros

Easily makes it possible to manage multiple different social networks at once. By accessing most of the major social media network sat once, you can schedule when and where you want your posts to go live to promote your business

Cons

Wish the app were a bit better, It feels lackluster in comparison to the multitude of options the site itself offers.

Cons

Pros

It's a great product and it is curated by better people... there is always a learning curve with new tech. however OneUp doesn't leave it to you and a 'bot' to figure out your issue... only to make you wait 3 days for an email reply that sends links to 'white paper help docs'— THIS MORNING a real, living and breathing human being traded screenshots, messages and data with me for almost an hour to help me... WOW. #MICdrop

The inability to reschedule posts by 'dragging and dropping' on new timeslots on a calendar...

Sometimes thing can fail but its easy to redo them as i can just go to the failed posts section and retry it

Once I've created a draft or scheduled a post, I'd love to be able to bulk edit it vs. having to edit each social media site individually.

I chose OneUp for one reason only. They offer scheduling for accounts that are not connected to Meta Business Suite. As a social media manager, this has saved me a ton of time and headache.

Pros

They offer direct publishing to Instagram for accounts not connected to Meta Business Suite.

Cons

I would prefer the calendar feature to be easier to use. A drag and drop option to reschedule posts.

Very positive, would highly recommend for customers needing to post to as many social platforms at the same time.

Pros

The amount of features offered, and the consistent improvements and updates makes OneUp very desirable.

Cons

There is a small learning curve, however, that is all new software and services. A couple of times, scheduled posts failed to upload to certain platforms, but that was rare.

It has made my X posting easy and consistent. I’ve grown my account far more in the last few weeks than ever. Better than using native scheduling in X.

Pros

Affordable. Easy to use. Lots of platforms supported.

Cons

Mobile app can be tricky to use. Desktop is better experience. Not all tracking supported yet.

I find it unbelievable that you can post that far im advance and I am so grateful for the option where you can tell it to automatically schedule every x amount of minutes, makes it so much easier

Cons

I really love it and is not a cons but it would be nice if they let you add accounts instead of jumping to the next plan which are too many accounts, but this is not a thing that bothers me

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] did a great job with helping me find a solution that worked for my business. And the app is working great!

Cons

I prefer different plans structures for pricing but with that being said \[sensitive content hidden\] was able to help me create a plan that worked for me.

### "The PERFECT Facebook scheduler"

It's been a very positive experience! I use OneUp for Facebook scheduling which I use to dread! It's sooo easy with OneUp and I no longer dread it! My engagement and organic reach on Facebook are both up! As a result, the click through rate to my website has more than doubled.

Pros

To date it has been 100% reliable! All posts and first comments have been posted without a hitch! The scheduler I used prior prior to OneUp would FAIL to post the first comment multiple times a day. First comment is a crucial traffic driver for me! It needs to be reliable and OneUp has delivered hands down!

Cons

I have used very limited features so for but in terms of the features I have used, I have absolutely no complaints at all!

Reason for choosing OneUp

I engaged in a conversation with Davis Baer on a Reddit post explaining the issue I was having with Metricool not posting the first comment and he assured me that OneUp had never received any feedback form customers about the first comment failing to post. That assurance was enough for me to try it and I am so glad I did!

Metricool was VERY unreliable. The first comment would always fail to post on Reels. First comments are crucial for my business because for me, they always contain a link to my website. That link is how I drive traffic to my website. Metricool failed to post the first comment OFTEN! When I contacted their tech support about the problem, I was told the problem was on Facebook's end and that I would need to contact Facebook directly to get it sorted! Since changing over to OneUp ALL first comments on Reels have posted successfully 100% of the time! That tells me that the problem was indeed with Metricool on their end!

Overall, I've had a great experience so far! Looking forward to how this platform will evolve and help me in my creator journey.

Pros

User friendly experience, easy to learn how to use with the youtube video tutorials, integrates all of the platforms that I use currently and may use in the future, compatible with zapier and has a solid ai integration.

Cons

I'd love to see a feature that uses ai to help come up with content ideation. It would be cool if you could somehow store the ideas you have (whether they are original or from the help of ai). For example, I may do a brainstorm session and come up with ideas for content that I haven't yet created. It would be awesome to be able to categorize these ideas to be able to refer to when I am ready to create.

Overall, I have loved using OneUp. It has simplified the process of posting for all of my clients. With each of my clients having a minimum of two accounts, with several having at least four, it is so convenient and time-saving to be able to post to all accounts at once. Scheduling posts saves me time and brain power, avoiding the constant "Did I post today??" fear in the back of my mind. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team have reached out and asked their user base what we need or where we can see room for improvement, and they follow through!

Pros

OneUp's customer service is second to none. They are quick to respond and address any questions I have. They are receptive to the needs of their users and it is clear that they put in the effort day after day to constantly improve their service. They have integrated so many sites and features in the past year that I would never recommend anyone pay more for another service provider.

Cons

The biggest con is that reporting is a separate add-on subscription. It's understandable at the current state of the service, but I would like to see that tacked onto at least the higher-level subscriptions in the future.

Overall it was a game-changer to use this software for my work. It reduces the time 10x to spend on social media management due to automated recurring post options.

Pros

The user experience and the navigational options are very user friendly and easy to learn.

Cons

The essential platforms Facebook and Instagram are not an option to connect within the software until September 2022 according to customer support.

Pros

EVERYTHING and I'm not even kidding. I own a small real estate brokerage and manage numerous different accounts. After trying every single other platform out there and nearly loosing my mind, I found Oneup.....in a Reddit chat. I figured why not, plus I love supporting smaller companies. I cannot tell you how great this program is. I find it easy to use, I love the layout, I love the options, I love being able to post to my google business (because soooo many platforms don't do this) and I absolutely love the RSS feed option. I have numerous feeds that go into my "drafts" folder so that I can sort through the articles and find the ones I want to post. In my industry, articles and blogs are important for posting and so many platforms stopped rss feeds for some stupid reason, but they're amazing. I love being able to look at my calendar and see what I've scheduled and what's published. I can also go to my queue and see what posts are coming up, what's in my draft folder et et. I find it super easy to organize all the social feeds. Honestly I've tried Hootsuite, Crowdfire, Sendible, Buffer, Facebook, Loomly, Hubspot.......(not kidding when I say I nearly lost my damn mind)....Oneup is by far the best. The cost is fantastic and I do love that analytics are a separate "add on" because not everyone cares about them so why pay for them if you don't need to. I have them and I love customizing my dashboard. For small business, you can't beat this platform!

Cons

Literally nothing. Even their customer service is amazeballs.

### "Beat Instagram Auto Upload Scheduling Tool"

OneUp tool is really a time saver and must have tool for every social media manager. I have 5 personal Instagram accounts and I also manage many Jewelry and Watch Brands or Stores social media. So if you need a tool that will automatically post your scheduled post on social media platform like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Stocktwits or Google My Business (GMB) then you should definitely give a try on this tool. Example: In less than 5 hours I have prepare over 100+ scheduled unique posts, which means I have found 100+ images on IG, wrote unique caption, hashtags and then upload on OneUp app. Uploading and setting up 'bulk upload' feature was done in less than 5 minutes. Task of 5 hours for 3+ month of content every day. And you can also turn on reposting option so that every post will be uploaded again after x amount of time. My business is now automated and I can spend more time on interaction with followers and less on preparing content.

Pros

I was looking for only one feature...and that was Auto Post on Instagram for scheduled posts, but I got much more. Before cca. 2 years (in 2018-2019) there was only one or two auto post scheduling tools for Instagram and only OneUp was affordable and very good at it. Great feature is also that they have bulk scheduling upload (.csv) for posts and stories which saved tons of time for me. And you can also repeat scheduled posts (tool will post your photo every X amount of time...for example, you can create 30 scheduled posts and set the posts to repeat each month). Scheduled tool also allows you to auto-post from RSS. I did not use the product for other platforms but you can also use it for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Stocktwits and Google My Business (GMB). I also need to mention Davis and his team. Each and every time when I had a problem, they have answered very fast and solve the problem under 24 hours. Price is more than affordable for what you get and that is also one factor that keeps me here.

Cons

Sometimes one of my 30+ Chrome extensions blocks something on platform...but it is not the problem that cause tool but my browser. And that is the only 'problem' I have with the OneUp tool. But I always fix it by opening tool in incognito section where I am not using extensions.
