Such a great experience, highly recommend to anyone looking to manage GMB (we don't use it for our socials as a different team handles that).

Pros

It's easy to use, great with categories where we can sort our 27 accounts into 'folders'. Love how easy it is to edit posts and move them around.

Cons

Nothing - our whole team is really happy with the tool so far. The only thing is the changing dates based on when we are doing recurring event posts but that is in the pipeline which we are very excited about

1st - I am not a coder. So, OneUp's back-end operation is not only makes my inputs user-friendly, OneUp is constantly predicting the next level of customer needs and innovates the system to support my needs according to industry adaptations and changes of technology.

Pros

The automated post scheduling is a game changer for me. Because I not only run the business, I am its primary creative asset. The platform provides the functionality and accuracy I need to deliver what I actually need to deliver to my audience - on time - with peace of mind.

Cons

OneUp is continually updating and refreshing its options and functionality. Every time I start to communicate a need, the fix is already in the works . . . or done.

I don't have time to "shop" . . . so, I made a list of what I needed, what I wanted and what would provide extras that weren't immediately necessary but which would be nice to have. OneUp satisfied more items on my lists than the other providers I researched and tested.

Pros

It was simple to figure out what you could and couldn't accomplish with the program at first. It's simple to post, schedule, and duplicate without bothering to do it manually. It's simple to use and provides a good summary and report of my post engagement.

Cons

It properly timed the stories. However, we could undoubtedly employ automatic story publishing on other sites like LinkedIn and Instagram. I can't link users on LinkedIn, their handle name won't appear, so I have to manually post in from the original website.

Its great and easy to use. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to get started with scheduling social media posts.

Pros

\- Cheap (other solutions are expensive) - Ease of use - scheduling

Cons

Analytics is behind an extra paywall and too expensive in my opinion. Especially for someone who is not a full time marketer LinkedIn support has been lacking a bit behind on the other social medias. Still I use OneUp mostly for LinkedIn

Very good! It's made my life so much easier. 10/10 would recommend.

Pros

I've used quite a few social media automation apps in my 11 years working in digital marketing but OneUp is my favorite, simply because it makes posting reels to Instagram so easy. This is a feature that, for some reason, any other apps seem to struggle with, including Meta's own content planner.

Cons

I think it would be helpful to see all published posts and scheduled posts in one calendar view. (Right now you can only view them in separate tabs.)

Overall I am happy with the service and plan to continue using them, and hope to continue seeing improvements. One other thing I'd like to see in the future are suggestions for how to effectively post to each site. For instance, twitter and Linkedin seem to react better to links than pictures in our case.

Pros

After lots of research I went with Oneup. There are lot of companies today that provide similar services. I choose Oneup for a couple of main reasons. 1) I felt that the price range was lower than many 2) It posts to google business pages which is an uncommon feature that I wanted. I started with the free-trial, and decided after playing around with it that I enjoyed how easy it was to navigate.

Cons

I am giving it a 4 star review however because there are some areas in which I would like to see improvement. 1) When posting to instagram/twitter, I have to guess hashtags. Unlike when posting directly to instagram, you cannot see which hashtags are used and which aren't. 2) I can only post 1 picture or 1 video for each post. Most of the time it works fine for our purposes, but I am always annoyed when I end up needing to go directly to the instagram instead to post the same thing with more pics/videos. Also, I cannot edit photos or videos as you can on instagram. It has none of the filters or video cutting tools available. 3) When a post fails, it gives a reason which is usually impossible to comprehend and usually wrong. Most of my second twitter posts fail for instance...I don't know why, I think its just a glitch. On a plus side customer service is very responsive and helpful.

OneUp also supports multi-image posts now :) It looks like most of your failed Twitter posts had images with very large dimensions. We've added a feature that automatically resizes images when they are too small, so they publish successfully, so you should never have this issue again :)

They are absolutely hopeless when it comes to resolving any issues. The software forever generates erros failing 100 to 200 posts at a time. Total avoid and a complete waste of time and money. I have been using Oneup for managing the social media accounts of our digital business. They have 101 different errors and every day new errors show up for no rhyme or reason. Therir customer service is pathetic, they just dont reply and carry a we dont care attitude. When you have 300 to 400 posts scheduled the amount of time you will end up fixing all the posts and their reschecdule reuirements. I would assume Oneup should be paying users to use their software. Initially i was tolerant and kept editing failed posts time and again. Inspite of paying a a full price monthly subscription without any discounts or deals they just dont care. I dont think any marketer on entrepreneur should put up with such pathetic service. Dont waste your time and money go elsewhere!!!

Pros

Scheduling posts and being able to provide a calendar link to clients so they can view it.

Cons

When generating a calendar link, it is saved in the share calendar popup. However, it is unclear if I am able to reuse the previously generated link when I update the schedule on a weekly basis. I have been genrating a new one each time. Some clarity there would be nice.

Pros

I focus mostly on Facebook and the changes in 2020 meant that I had to go through some ridiculous process to get my posts up. OneUp fixed that! Now I get a notification on my phone and then boom! It's posted.

Cons

I deleted a post and wasn't able to recover it! Learned that lesson once and won't forget it!The overall platform feels like it's still in an early release, but right now it's so simple, that it's ok. I hop ethey'll figure out the UX as they move forward.

They are still developing it and it feels like it, but it is a great product being in development!

Pros

I like the software a lot. It is extremely affordable and nice to work with. I can tell that they are new on the market because of some chaos in the organization, but I believe that they will improve very fast. One of my fav features is that you can make a post repetative and not care about not having content in the future.

Cons

I registered because I was promissed by the support team that they are working on a feature that I needed and that they will release it in a couple of weeks. I paid for a full year. 2 mounths later they said they changed their plan and are not doing it. Also getting a response from the support team is not guaranteed. They sometimes don't feel like answering a question and stop the conversation right in the middle and ghost you.

Pros

OneUp was far more intuitive and easy to pick up for myself and our team, when compared to the competitors at the time. We stayed with OneUp over the years because of the amazing support and communication. \[sensitive content hidden\] makes you feel like a valued member of the team behind the tool, rather than just another user.

Cons

It is difficult to name an aspect of OneUp that I like the least. Early on, years ago, it felt like we were "early on", but within an acceptable range to still be a viable solution in production. OneUp has matured brilliantly and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Pros

I really like the way it manages all the social media channels in one single page. I have other apps in past which had similar features but that did not provide feature to make one single post, posted to all the platforms. OneUpApp has those features which I really like. And their calendar preview and scheduling tweets via cal view is nice. Plus there are various small small features which makes user interface really handy, as in if I pick the time it will automatically pick it my time zone, tagging people in scheduled tweets. I would recommend this to any who wants to schedule post to social media

Cons

Overall this app and interface is great. I could not find any cons based on my usage. I would certainly explore this app more.

My overall experience with OneUp has been outstanding. The ease and customer service is unmatched. Surprisingly not many platforms allow you to post threads like this and I am so thankful to have found OneUp.

Pros

The ability to schedule threads is the most important thing we were looking for from this platform. Before I found OneUp, another team member and I would have to go in and manually post Tweet responses twice a day. The ability to bulk schedule is an absolute plus. This platform has been a life saver and my team and I can't wait to use it again for our public health intervention.

Cons

I am happy with every aspect of this platform. The only thing I can think of to be improved is having the ability to schedule different tweets in the thread instead of having them all go out at once. Though for the project I am working on we do not need this and therefore, OneUp is the perfect platform.

OneUp wasn't a bad tool, it just didn't have enough going for it to stay in the running. If you are running very simple social media campaigns, this may be perfect for you. We require a few more features and options.

Pros

OneUp is very affordable. Of all of the social media services I tested, it was inexpensive to adopt. It also supports Google My Business.

Cons

There were a few shortcomings for our purposes. It is almost too simple. I would love the ability to integrate analytics, schedule multiple posts, etc. And although Google My Business integration is permitted, our posts bounced and I couldn't figure out why. Also, a 7-day trial isn't nearly enough to explore.

Since you published this review, we have actually added analytics :) You can also bulk schedule posts with OneUp (if that is what you meant by "schedule multiple posts). In regards to your Google My Business post, it looks like you were using an image smaller than GMB's minimum image dimension requirements. However, we have actually added a feature so that images that are too small will automatically get resized, so your post will publish successfully :)

Pros

Every other platform that says they help you schedule posts on social media was always lacking a feature I needed. One Up has everything of importance to me! I love it offers captions, great AI features, thumbnail options, and that it perfectly posts when it actually says it will.

Cons

The only con I have found is that you can't custom write the TikTok thumbnail headings but that's a limitation of TikTok, not Oneup.

Pros

Very easy to set up links to all the social media accounts.

Cons

Nothing I've discovered so far. It's probably best for established businesses and influencers rather than someone trying to grow.

It was a good experience. Communication for support was fast and the software did what it was supposed to do. Also, I noticed that the posts I scheduled for LinkedIn through OneUp didn't have engagement issues. Some of the other softwares I've used the reach goes down (even though social platforms claim that's not true). That was never the case with OneUP.

Pros

I had recommendations and OneUp implemented them very quickly. I was surprised by this! Normally feedback goes onto a comment card and never sees the light a day but not with this company. They are constantly improving and adding new features and take the feedback of the clients seriously.

Cons

The only thing that frustrated me a bit but I think is common with a lot of software tools is that I'd schedule out posts and my LinkedIn profiles were getting disconnected. So I'd have to log back into to reconnect it.

Support is quick to respond and also to listen about features. OneUp is so easy to use especially for our type of business. It quickly embraces new features and new ideas that make our life easier for publishing and creating content.

Pros

When I first looked at OneUp it did not have as many features as other similar products. I was promised these were on their way. WOW! In the space of less than 12 months, OneUp has embraced so many features that it now surpasses anything I used in the past and it continues to add many more. The bonus is that it is so easy to use. Love it! Thanks OneUp!

Can’t say enough good things about this app. Easy to use made applying it to my business a snap! Very pleased with all aspects of implementation and ease of use for myself and other workers.

Pros

This is the only social media sharing platform that serves posts to all the major platforms. It is super easy and intuitive to use as well. I was able to schedule to posts to five different social media accounts almost six months in advance to help me focus on the day-to-day operations.

Cons

It’s not totally free, but it is the cheapest app of its kind that can post to all of these platforms. I understand that it can’t be free and it is still a great value!

Overall I think the tool comes with all the features you need to generate a content plan that saves a lot of time and automates the process of posting interesting stuff on a regular basis. It is very easy to use and the support team always answers my questions within hours. I am very thankful for this amazing experience I have made with OneUp and I am looking forward to see what kind of features they will launch next.

Pros

I really enjoy the user experience within the tool, it's very intuitive. The tool comes with a lot of helpful features just like the canva integration, the timeslot and category section and the opportunity to automate my posts also in my private linkedin profile. I also prefer the tool because it makes planning my posts simple and fun. Also, I really like the fact that I can add images, videos or links to my postings. I use OneUp everyday to schedule my posting ideas and it helps me to organize my postings and saving time by automating the posting process. I can definitely recommend using OneUp to all LinkedIn users who want to generate more followers by posting frequently.

Since signing up, I've been able to easily get content created and scheduled. It even syncs with Google Drive to make adding media to my social posts that much easier. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] were both available to answer questions for me through live chat, as well, which was nice!

Pros

I like that I am able to easily repeat posts and hashtags, add new social media accounts, and see clear previews of how my content will appear. This tool does exactly what I need it to and it costs less than many of its competitors.

Cons

I took one star off for ease of use. Perhaps it's because I am new to OneUp, but some of the layouts do not seem immediately intuitive to me. Takes me a sec to figure out where things are.

Hootsuite wants way too much money for a product that does less of what I need it to compared to OneUp.
