I do like this platform. I've used Buffer and Hootsuite and OneUp is now my preferred. Whilst there are a couple of things to iron out (thus I've not given it 5 stars all round) I like the fact that the support team are quick to respond. It's easy to use and readily does what I need it to.

Pros

I like the scheduling calendar and the fact that I can move posts around. This makes it easier to make sure posts aren't going out across the channels on the same day. I also like the fact that I can quickly and easily duplicate posts so I don't have to recreate them from scratch.

Cons

The auto-scheduling doesn't quite work as described on the website. It automatically schedules your post after the last post (furthest into the future) and not the next available time-slot (nearest in the future). The website is a bit slow but I'm assured that it's a work-in-progress and will improve.

Can I buy it? LOL stunning support - simple but effective. You know its good if you don't need the help files!

Pros

The interface is simple and real easy to use - and the link to posts that have just been posted - gold. I used this tool while I convince others to move from bigger name brands (that break)

Cons

I can't seem to find any analytics. (Maybe I have looked well) this would be a game changer for clients

Great experience so far. The team at OneUp has been super responsive on any questions I've asked and the site is pretty easy to get started with and use with minimal coaching/research needed.

Pros

I really like the ability to schedule posts on Facebook/LinkedIn. I've used other software to schedule posts on Twitter in the past, but they normally didn't also include Facebook/LinkedIn. As a developer evangelist, I do my best to balance engagement with developers on social vs the day to day work I have to do in creating new content, speaking with customers, etc. OneUp allows me to write/schedule my posts for the week all at once without having to remember to go post at popular times of day for engagement.

Cons

Nothing really not to like. I wish that the "@" tagging in LinkedIn worked from the OneUp side, but I'm 99.99% sure that's a limitation of the LinkedIn API and not an issue with OneUp...so that's not likely to be resolved by any similar product.

### "Ideal for a small service business"

As a small business I handle my own postings. This makes it easy and allows me to focus on content.

Pros

Using OneUp became second nature after one day. I stopped using Hootsuite, got by with TweetDeck for a while, but decided I needed something for Twitter and LinkedIn that enabled me to focus on content. It enables me to repeat post on Twitter and LinkedIn according to a weekly schedule, and then I fill in my self-selected timetable with other tweets that I want to send the next day.

Cons

It does not link to Twitter for matching @s, so I have to look them up.

Love this tool - it is great for managing/posting for social media shares FB groups! We manage a number of these groups where we have at least 10 daily posts that instruct our members about times to post to a variety of social media campaigns. We struggled with remembering to do the background work - OneUp took away all of the headache! Easy, peasy - quick to set up and never a failure to post!

Pros

The scheduling of FB posts was an answer to our prayers! It was easy to establish, set up, create posts and manage across the team. Very cost appropriate - and the tool offers a lot of answers to scheduling headaches.

Cons

That it didn't make my coffee! No, seriously, nothing bad at all!

I highly recommend OneUp as it helps me manage my social media accounts easily in a nice looking interface. It helps me get my posts scheduled quickly and track them visually in a Calendar View that amazingly useful. It's also affordable with generous amounts of social accounts I can connect so I have all my accounts in one place without worrying about how many posts I have queued. Forget the restrictions and high prices of other apps and try OneUp, I'm glad I did.

Pros

OneUp has true evergreen posting with individual or bulk scheduling, queues without the complicated scheduling calendars, and excellent customer service. This is the one app that has all the major networks: Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn & Google+ at an affordable price without limiting restrictions on the number of posts that I see other services have who charge a lot more.

Cons

There are a few hiccups that needed attention, but tech support is on it - fast. The support I receive is quick, comprehensive, effective and always polite.

Pros

Easy to use and very reliable! The repost is awesome!

Cons

Yes. On LinkedIn, when you post content, you can make the image or video clickable. I have call to action content that I can't use via OneUp because it says "click this video/pic to learn more". That's the only thing I wanted to do and couldn't was add a link to the media.

Thanks for the review Jessica! In the Cons section, I think what you are describing is a link preview. OneUp does indeed support link previews. You just need to a link, but NOT attach an image, and then your post will publish with a link preview :)

Overall, my experience with OneUp was outstanding! If there would have been resizing built into the software so OneUp could be a one stop shop I would have continued past my trial. Davis, thank you for all your help through the trial I really appreciate it!

Pros

I researched online the best software to use for automation of my social media posts. Every site that I looked at referred me back to OneUp as the software to use. I used the software during the trial to see if it would fit within my business. The software was very easy to use and the communication with their customer support was OUTSTANDING! Any issues that I had I just reached out and the response was very quick. The other great thing about this software was that there was also a Google Chrome Extension.

Cons

The only issue I had with this software was when I would upload a picture I would get a warning message. The message would state that the picture might not display correctly due to the size and dimension and the platform restrictions of (Facebook, Instagram, etc). Obviously, it is good to have the warning there I get that, but built in resizing would have been a bonus. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to go to multiple places when posting (hence the automation).

I tried multiple products at the same time to see which would be the best fit.

Well, first, I was SHOCKED to hear directly from \[sensitive content hidden\] That's a new one! Second, after using OneUp for one day for my podcast, I joined with a second account so I can post on behalf of my radio morning show!

Pros

This is the first of MANY social media schedulers I've tried that I am able to use with ease. I'm not quite a boomer, but I need things to be very simple. This is! And, you can't beat the price!

Cons

So far, so good! I had a few minor issues in set up but was able to resolve with customer service help

### "Does Everything I Need"

Most everything I've been able to figure out on my own. The one time I had a technical issue, my message was responded to promptly.

Pros

I've tried other social media tools and most of them did far more than I need. And the cost reflected that whether or not I used all the bells and whistles or not. I have no doubt if I did social media for a living. Sure a lot of the other have sort of entry level accounts but usually they are hobbled by something. Inability to add enough accounts. Or you can use X social media but not Y without a higher plan. All I'm really looking for is a way to schedule posts across a few platforms, typically several days out. I will take the time to log in and respond, etc. on my own but if I don't schedule in advance I invariably forget to post anything.

Cons

Nothing I can think of right now. I feel like it's fairly priced for the tools it has.

Would invest in a different product, pay a little bit more to have actual working service.

Pros

Easy to start using, somewhat informative on the process of uploading photos and titles and bodies on post.

Cons

Pretty expensive for the fact that it offers a lot less than competitor software. I had many issues with posts not posting for one reason or another, after using a whole day of time I don’t have an extra 15 minutes to figure out why the day it should post. Doesn’t offer things competitors offer, like commenting directly on social posts from the app or an automatic post to Instagram. (Have to manually push through every day.) customer service was not very helpful or polite.

You had a post fail to publish because of user error on your part (you tried putting text into the Google My Business CTA button section, a field that only allows URLs). We explained this to you on the chat, and fixed it so that your post published successfully. Even though we typically do not offer refunds, we fully refunded your purchase and credited you with a month of free use, so you could get everything up and running. We try to make OneUp as easy to use as possible, but when users put text in a field that only allows URLs, then you will get a failed post. Hope that makes sense. Also, OneUp DOES indeed post directly to Instagram :) If you need anything else, just reach out to us on the chat - we are always there to help out!

LinkedIn doesn't allow you to schedule posts, being able to do so ensures I can schedule a post and then get on with other tasks.

Pros

It's easy to schedule posts, I only use it for LinkedIn and the hashtags work once posted which is great. It is a shame about the tags, unless I am the one doing something wrong with the tagging, which is probably the case.

Cons

Unless its me doing something wrong, I am unsure about tagging. Some of our posts we tag in other organisations, I haven't tried to do tagging, as when I start to type nothing happens and I am unsure of the tag for the company so I haven't attempted it.

Reason for choosing OneUp

This product had a 1 week free trial, so I thought I would try it out and see. I don't recall the other products I saw but none offered a trial.

Rep. is one of the most patient and helpful human I know! Tech support is on par I never have to wait days for a response like " Social Tap or Hootsuite " He cares about his customers and will do whatever he needs to do! I can truly call him my friend. Rep. has even team-viewed with me and got on the phone so I could explain to him everything I wanted to add. All addons that every other company said are impossible to do rep. had them done for me. Your not just a number to OneUP, The will give you personal attention and help you with whatever you need.

Pros

All the features I need to make my social media business runs like clock work. Very easy to use and setup! Has not crashed or lost all my work like so many others! More great features being added! Very adaptable Custom addons tailored to my business Bulk uploader in csv format There are many features in the works that I know everyone will love to have!

Cons

There is no cons to this wonderful software if I need something added it gets done.

I’m the end I have asked \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] to end my subscription so I can switch to a more stable platform. Which I realize will cost a little bit more but in the long run it will allow me to better coordinate my social media marketing plan. Which to my potential customers is worth the few extra bucks. I highly recommend you re-think this app before purchasing.

Pros

When I first signed up in January I liked how they included google my business as an option. I even spent a few days scheduling a large number of posts to allow me to focus on operations and sales and less on my social media. Things seemed to work and I was off running very quickly.

Cons

After about 2 months I started getting errors that required me to sign in and refresh or make changes to get things to work again. It was very frustrating because the issues were sporadic and required me to do a lot of troubleshooting. So all that time I thought I was saving actually resulted in more work and what’s even worse it caused my social media to look uncoordinated and poorly planned. It got to a point where I now only use the tool for very simple posts (holidays, etc).

Cost and the ability to schedule posts on my google my business page.

Great! Easy setup, nice packages, great support and a great software!

Pros

It has a great support that has also an ear for small business owners and fast and great solutions for problems! For me, a friendly customer support is the most important beside the software itself! And: The software is effective, easy to use and perfect for us, because it offers scheduling for google my business, instagram and facebook at once!

Cons

Because I have a 13“ inch screen which is really small it is sometimes a bit hard to have every information on screen, but this is a very personal problem!

The only minor downside is the basic layout. Wish it could be a bit more in depth then I would use it solely instead of other platforms to supplement.

I love how I can schedule posts on Twitter and Instagram without having to worry about timing or making the post the day of. It also gives me room to preview and optimize the look of the post as I see fit.

Pros

Scheduling posts and being able to schedule threads is really important to me. I love how the free plan allows up to 6 posts and 2 social media accounts. I also love the ability to preview the posts on the right, and save them to my drafts to continue later.

Cons

It’s a little bit buggy, I tried closing the add more pictures Popup and it clicked on the preview, which opened each image separately in a new tab, which I had to close manually.

Good, definitely. Today I had a problem that I couldn't resolve. I asked for help and got it very quickly. This is super important to me. I have a lot of patience with newer technology but am happy to grow with a growing company... but when I can't solve a problem with posted help, I want to be able to reach someone and this definitely happened today.

Pros

I have clients that need regular posting to their Google My Business account and the fact that you can use this app for such a low cost to schedule posts/updates is a big deal. I appreciate that the developers continue to make the user interface more intuitive and therefore easier to use.

Cons

The user interface initially took some getting used to and I would like the account holder profile to include a little more information.

It has made my business run so much smoother! A true asset.

Pros

It handles Google My Business very well which is unique. I honestly like everything about it. Great and fast customer service. It emails you if something doesn't post and tells you how to fix it. It categorizes things nicely.

Cons

Having to switch to Chrome to setup Instagram. Not being able to manage/upgrade the current plan very well

Cons
