One Up est non seulement l'un des moins chers mais il m'a tout de suite plu par la simplicité d'utilisation et la rapidité de création d'une publication. Je publie en moyenne 600 posts par mois. Suite au Covid 19 les magasins pour lesquels je travaille sont fermés et j 'ai envoyé un mail au service client pour mettre mon compte en pause , j 'ai reçu une réponse en moins de 8 H, pour me confirmer que ma demande avait été prise en charge et qu'ils m'offrait un mois gratuit afin que je puisse continuer à publier si besoin. Quick set-up and implementation, and you are ready to go. Cons Probably "time slots" configuration is one of many features that I would be use it less frequently. But still, for its price, it offers you higher flexibility when it comes to content scheduling for SNS / social media network accounts. It’s been a game changer. Pros Oneup was very easy to use, and it had great tutorials. I was able to schedule tons of posts across several platforms in just minutes. Cons I wish I could post videos to Google My Business, but I believe GMB doesn’t permit that. It helped me make my posts relevant. Cons I was very happy with the service until they got put into Facebook/Instagram jail for six months. I had to request a refund and find an alternate service to fit my needs, but plan to return to the service when my new subscription ends. Pros I've used several tools like this one, but most won't link as easy as OneUp. With a few clicks I was able to set it up, link my accounts. Also, most tools won't allow you to post on your FB timeline on your personal profile. OneUp does. You can also do a mass post to all your accounts, while others it's one account at a time. Cons Was not able to update my email. Pros The ability to schedule Twitter threads ("tweetstorms") is exactly what I need to drive engagement for my social media account and deliver traffic to my website. The OneUp team is also extremely responsive. Cons The app sometimes feels a bit slow to respond, with long loading times. I haven't experienced any timeouts or other server-side issues, though. This allows me to concentrate on other business tasks, and allows my social media to do its job automatically - engage and bring potential clients to my website. Pros This is a brilliant, and intuitive app which saves me \*tons\* of work each week on my social media marketing strategy. I only use the app once a month now, to slightly alter \*some\* content, yet my social feeds are all (reliably) posted to many times a day using OneUp. The app's ease of use (and prompt and helpful customer service), are the big pluses for me here. Cons Sometimes, my social media accounts get 'disconnected' and I have to login to OneUp to reconnect them. This is not a regular occurrence though, and so is only a minor annoyance. Best thing is you can set up repeat posts on social media so it saves us hours and hours in time. Cons Nothing but it would be good to add more than one photo if that is possible. April 28, 2021 5.0 I am able to set my posts when I need to without having to think about it. I am very busy so it I need to know that something does what it says it will do - OneUp does that! Pros I love the fact that I CAN schedule on LinkedIn instead of sitting and manually posting every day. It is easy to use. You can even set it to repeat posts automatically! Easy to edit my scheduled posts when I changed my mind. It's got a lot of other features which I am not using at the moment but definitely caught my eye: integrate with Canva; schedule posts to facebook personal profile; can schedule to Twitter and Instagram. There is a lot so it is something I can grow with which is what I want. Cons I had to think hard about this but haven't found a fault. I enjoy using it. Emailing various times, and they never reply and keep charging my card. I am furious! I don't want to have to cancel my card just so they can't charge anymore. Please STOP charging my account!! I would not recommend them due to this! (I told them a week ago if I don't hear back from them that I will post reviews online, so I have no choice then to do that). I had a billing issue and they were extremely quick to help me with fixing the issue. Solely based on the customer service I received, I would recommend OneUp to anyone looking to have their social media on autopilot without spending a ton of money. Pros I love that it's really simple to use and that it allows you to do exactly what it's designed to do. It makes scheduling posting easy and without having all the bell and whistles, it gets the job done. Perfect for smaller business or any business with simple social media needs.
