" March 10, 2021 5.0 I think they are brilliant company with great customer service and easy to use platform. Pros In organising conferences and Seminar series during the virtual age, a lot of the advertising, sessions and feedback is through social media. Being able to schedule posts across all platforms in one place is so helpful. Further to this the ability to produce a thread for twitter is an absolute must for anyone trying to organise poster sessions. I recommend this to anyone who wants an easy life for social media distribution. Cons I have not yet found one! Pros I love that we can schedule posts for Google My Business on OneUp. I also love that you can pull posts through from other platforms, making it easy to ensure brand messaging is uniform. Cons If you aren't paying for the full package, you can't simply add to the queue but have to manually select a date and time. I love this tool. It is my #1 bookmark in my browser. Pros I love the ability to reliably schedule my social posts in advance. The interface is easy, and the customization options are EXACTLY what I was looking for. Cons The only thing I would like to be able to do is schedule the first comment on my scheduled social posts. Pros I love the clean intuitive interface. I also like that you can schedule repeated posts for days. This is extremely helpful for managing Facebook groups. An interactive calendar also allows you to manage and schedule upcoming posts Cons We normally organise our content schedule for the month and a seven day trial seems a little too short to have been able to test and see if I really want to commit although the pricing seems reasonable for the price if they could include a custom plan for a small organisation who just wants to schedule a few posts for the month with a couple of repeat posts from website to social media for visibility. We now post regularly on Pinterest and Threads which we were not doing before. Now we have regular posts going up expanding our reach with our business Cons After reviewing our usage of the system I can not find anything that is the least of my issues. Social Media Manager Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Easily schedule LinkedIn company posts with OneUp" May 10, 2021 5.0 Pros I was desperate to find something that would allow me to schedule LinkedIn posts because the platform doesn't yet have the native capability to do that, unlike other social platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. As a social media manager I need to be able to schedule out a week's worth of posts at a time and I couldn't do it for LinkedIn until I found this product. The process is easy to understand and I was scheduling posts in no time at all. I highly recommend this product! Cons I haven't really found any cons at this point. The platform is simple and effective. Pros I liked the ability to set categories and have certain posts recycle based on criteria that you manage. Cons There were times that posts did not publish due to challenges with Facebook. I know this can be out of the control of the platform, but it was not communicated well at the time. Besides my business development role, I am also responsible for the content on our LinkedIn and Facebook accounts. I started using Hootsuite but then they changed the number of free scheduled posts from 30/month to 5/month. I needed to find an alternative to support my work responsibilities. I decided to use Facebook's scheduler but needed to find something for LinkedIn. I came across OneUp. It works very well, and its price point is within our small business's budget. Pros Simple to use and very intuitive. It does what I need it to do. Cons The software does what I need it to do. I do not have any suggestions for improvement at this time. Switched from [Hootsuite](https://www.capterra.com/p/121701/HootSuite/) Hootsuite changed its free offerings from 30 free postings per month to five. Five was not going to work for my needs for LinkedIn so I looked for a reasonably priced alternative and found OneUp. April 15, 2021 5.0 Quick setup - easy to use and does exactly what we were needing it to! Pros We were specifically looking for a way to schedule posts for social media and this exactly me tour needs! Very easy to use and prompt response from customer service! Also LOVE the calendar view so you can see a preview of what posts are scheduled for when. Cons The only thing I tried to do that I couldn't (or maybe just haven't figured out how to) was to add multiple pictures to a post. October 11, 2018 5.0 Most importantly, Oneup helps me reduce the time spent on Social Media Content, especially with evergreen posts option. So I can be visible to my audience while I am focusing on growing my business. The analytics allow me to assess my efforts at a glance, which makes adjusting my direction a breeze! Pros Love the evergreen post option, and the number of accounts I can add - I have used an app that cost me 2.5 times more per month and with less features. The analytics section is simply fab, I can easily see what content works best for my audience, so I can create more of that type in future.
