OneUp has proven to be a reliable and efficient tool for keeping our club members and supporters, near and far, informed about our club events, news, and fundraisers.

Pros

As a part-time social media manager, I find that OneUp takes a lot of the pain out of posting on each platform and enables me to focus on content rather than logging in and out of each one.

Cons

Initially, I was disappointed by the lack of WhatsApp integration, but this has since come online, enabling even further engagement with our club members and supporters.

Pros

It accelerates my uploading process. Since I am using multiple platforms for my content, it its a great time saver.

Cons

When posting carousels or reels with music, you have to do it manually. Unfortunately this is due to the Instagram API, not OneUp itself. But it really bothers in the experience.

It was frustrating and non-intuitive to figure out how things worked. The interface was not appealing. There was no onboarding of any kind.

Pros

Well, not much really. Yes, it's a social sharing app and one can invite team members. The best feature is the ability to add and automate RSS feeds. Bitly integration is included. It has a Chrome extension but I didn't bother installing it because there was no link in the app itself to the Chrome webstore. I shouldn't have to go search for it myself.

Cons

The interface is rudimentary, ugly, and often confusing. For instance, when adding social networks, it wasn't clear that anything had happened because the UI element that indicated success was way down on the page. I have a 14-inch HD laptop screen. You have to have an iMac Pro or something to even notice the network had been added, without scrolling. Just indicative of the overall bad design. OneUp doesn't offer a single unique or compelling feature to persuade me to switch. There doesn't appear to be a default schedule for posts. Instead, the process of manually adding time slots is extremely tedious and time-consuming. Buffer, for instance, automatically sets up best-possible times for posting based on your time zone and the social network you're using. You can, of course, change that, but it's a big time-saver and it's based on their years of accumulated data.

Hey Rick, appreciate your feedback, however it seems like you may have missed some features. 1. In terms of onboarding, there is a tutorial video on the very first page inside of OneUp after you sign up. Did you get a chance to watch it? 2. There is a link to the Chrome Extension inside of OneUp. However, I guess we need to do a better job of making it easier to find. Thanks for the feedback. 3. OneUp does indeed have a Posting Schedule feature, where you can set predetermined timeslots for your posts. It is under "Posting Schedule" on the main navigation bar. Did you get a chance to check it out? All that said, we appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again soon :)

I've used many other schedulers for almost a decade now and I've experienced many (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc). OneUp for me has one of the most responsive customer service, easiest-to-use interface (ex. how you can edit scheduled posts in case you want to change text or uploaded photos), and a solid mobile app version too.

Pros

Easy-to-use interface and allows unlimited scheduled posting of content (which many schedulers don't offer).

Cons

Website version may crash from occassionally although I've seen this happen with many other apps too.

Oneup had better features and prices. I use a content scheduling software for my business and OneUp offered a better deal. Customer service was also relatively faster.

In total i really like using this app and im coming towards the end of my free trial im definitely going to pay to use this app as the pricing is also very reasonable for small creators like myself

I really like how easy the app is to use it makes making my schedule for posts so much more streamlined

Cons

So far I registered an account, activated the week long trial, got my accounts connected and started posting right away.

Pros

OneUp is the first Social Media Managment Platform I have used and the only reason I signed up was because it was the Price. The Value for Money seems great compared to competitors and features they offer. So far during the week long trial OneUp has been easy to use and figure out.

Cons

Even with its competitive pricing compared to other SMMP platforms, it does seem expensive. Also some guides on how to schedule posts and upload videos would be nice.

Pros

I did a ton of research on the best scheduling platform. this one is the best in my opinion for features, user interface, and pricing for sure.

Cons

I'm one month in but haven't found anything I dislike so far. Says everything it says it does plus a bag of chips.

Overall, OneUp has been an insanely productive and important addition to my business and personal life.

Pros

OneUp has given me my time back! Before OneUp, social media dragged my life down and ate up my free time. Now I can genuinely say I enjoy planning my posts and I have regained hours each day. I also really love how structure oriented it is. I use the calendar feature every day. I cannot recommend this product enough!

Cons

I genuinely have seen no cons. Perhaps I would like one more intermediate plan option. For example, I can have 150 posts for $18/month, but I would like something at 300ish posts for $30/month. Next option is $60/month which is unfortunately not realistic for me.

Pros

I have been using OneUp for about a year now. I enjoyed how easy it was to connect all your accounts from many different platforms and how easy it was to post everything from 1 account. No hassle, and it is very easy to setup your posts. I don't have to spend more than 5 minutes per post sending it to 5+ different platforms.

Cons

I did not like the auto AI writer as it doesn't seem human to me. I write my descriptions to engage with the audience.

Pros

Love first comment scheduling and that it posts to Google My Business too. Having 10 social media accounts, even with different logins is helpful too.

Cons

Wish it was a little more affordable but compared to what it is able to do and other social media schedulers, I'm willing to pay for it.

I enjoyed the intuitive user interface a great deal. I didn't have to try and figure out the logic behind a new SAAS, and I didn't have to dig through manuals, forums and Reddit to make things work. OneUp just works, and that is much appreciated.

Pros

OneUp is easy to set up and start scheduling posts. Creating multiple accounts on specific platforms was breeze. The UI was elegant and intuitive. Plus, OneUp works with Bluesky!

Cons

Honestly, I haven't found anything yet to not like about OneUp. There's always something irksome, I just haven't encountered anything yet--and that says a lot.

Fantastic. I learned it quickly. My workers learned it quickly. Several learning curves with adding accounts to categories, but once we found the list view, we could cntl+f to easily add accounts to catagories. 10 out of 10 overall experience.

Pros

After loading over 500 posts and leaving for vacation, I returned with zero issues. All my posts were triggered on time. All happy clients. Google does not have a posting schedule, it is also hard to find. Lots of companies offer it, but they don't do it well. With Oneup, I can choose individual buttons like add call now buttons and website links. When I have a client that I need to post on FB, Google, Twitter, I just upload 1 post, and Oneup will post the image and the content on all 3 platforms, and on whatever time I want. We are going to start selling annual packages and the Oneup system allows you to duplicate posts and submit them again. This will be helpful when we start to rotate 350 posts annually. Everyone will be auto-pilot at that point and I will be able to increase my margins by over 300%. Excellent software, clean, easy to use. I highly recommend this product if you post on a daily basis with google my business alone or multiple platforms. Also, they are actively building the software, which is great because I know I have support and I know they still care about the product evolving. This is important because FB and Google update and change actively things, so Oneup needs to keep up with them. At this point, I feel they are 120% invested in staying on top. Give it a shot, 5-stars from us. Client Database - almost 100 clients Posts per Year - 1500+ Software Experience: 10 out of 10 A solution to a large section of our fulfillment: Yes.

Cons

When you are uploading numerous posts at one time, and don't have a spreadsheet to import (We write our content out of docs), after each submission, the page refreshes. You have to go and find the business again (hard when you have hundreds) then select them , then let it load up the post page again, then you can enter another post, submit, then it refreshes, have to start over again and find the business. I would love a (submit and post another) button, that instead of refreshing back to ground zero, just whipes the forms and refreshes the individual client page. Please consider, as it will save us hours every week.

Hand-in-hand small company feel. We loved the interactions and prefer small business customer service over giant company, wait on hold for 10 hours and talk to people who know nothing, support. Price isn't the cheapest, but this is the only company that allows us to post 1500 character posts with links and photos, AND call to action buttons with google my business. THIS IS MAJOR Other companies all say they work with Google My Business, but they have huge limitations, or its not seamless. Not worth the risk and chance to lose the client. Oneup for the win.

Its pretty good. I know there are lots of social media posting platforms but I do think One Up still stands out amongst the rest in terms of pricing and trying to get to what the pain points are and not have all this extra fluff.

Pros

It saves me hours from having to go into every social media platform and go through the process of posting which can be a 20-30 minute process, and if you're posting to 3-4 different sights that all of sudden becomes a 2 hour process. One Up cuts down that time dramatically so I can focus on the the parts of my business that need my attention way more than posting to socials.

Cons

The added features that are getting implemented over time are getting better. I would love to see within YouTube shorts having the ability to add a related video that is linked at the bottom of the youtube short. A lot of time shorts are made as a way to direct people to a more long form video. And within YouTube you can add a relative video that shows up at the bottom of the short to click that takes you to another video. I end up having to edit the short within YouTube everytime I upload something on One Up.

Overall my experience has been great. Seeing the calendar with all of my post. Allowing my clients to see what is happening for the week in real time. I love it.

Pros

I love that I am able to use it to post for my clients along with myself. The ability to batch posts across platforms and customize the language for each has been super helpful.

Cons

So far I dont have any cons if I'm being honest. I think when the TikTok outage happened it was a bit frustrating but that wasn't OneUp's fault.

Pros

I like the product for many reasons. I love their UI. It is very pleasing to look at, and I appreciate a nice looking website.

Cons

I have little to no complaints about this software, but if I had to nitpick... I would say that the phone app is less navigable.

\[sensitive content hidden\]'s fast response. It is the middle of the night where I am , and I had an issue with my account being flagged for spam when i was right in the middle of doing some posts for the month. Initially it said you guys were offline, but he got my issue resolved extremely fast. Highly appreciated!

cant post to youtube community. i would like to be able to make frequent posts in my YT community

Pros

It's easy to use The ability to post unlimited - I picked this tool despite its cost because it allows me to post unlimited (if you could actually post unlimited... see cons).

Cons

I pay for the ten accounts/unlimited posts price; however, I have had the tool since October 2023 and still cannot post unlimited. I continue to report the issue, and each time, I receive a message that they fixed it, but I keep running into the problem each time I use it. Secondly, the 'tool is slow; when you hit the submit button, you must wait while it does its thing. I would prefer it to do its thing in the background so I can continue creating the next post.
