July 3, 2026 5.0 I have had websites hosted on Wix, WordPress, and Squarespace, which meant I also had to use Calendly, Schedulicity, Mailchimp, or other add-on platforms to run my online yoga business. It was a hassle, and I was frustrated a lot of the time. I spent more time as a "website manager" than I did with clients or in classes. But when I moved to OfferingTree, I was able to bundle all the necessary programs into one site, making it faster and easier to send newsletters, write blog posts, create courses, and hold live classes or sessions. Now I spend more time with my people than with my website, which is how I want it. Pros As a yoga therapist, OfferingTree offers the best bundle of online products for the price, and it's easy to use. I love being able to manage my client and class schedule, digital courses, and email list all on one dashboard. The customer service is fast and friendly. Overall, it's the best platform for a wellness website out there. Cons OfferingTree is continually improving its platform, so listing a negative now might mean that, by the time you read this, it has been resolved. The only con I can really think of is that I wish they would allow blog posts to be built with the same plugins as webpages. " June 22, 2026 5.0 Overall it has been a breath of fresh air, I have been with many systems, Wix, Bsport, Legitfit and considered many others. Offering tree actually solved so many of my issues and enabled me to be a lot more hands-off on the admin in my business. Most clients have got to grips with it, although the older clients do still need some assistance booking on occasion. Pros That it was an all in one solution - website, booking, emails, automations, events, appointments and classes. There is a lot of flexibility with the system and worked great for me as a small independent business. When I reached out to ask lots of questions they were answered and I was reassured as I had bad experiences in the past with other systems. The price was fantastic and replaced not only my website but also my email automations program and booking system. The support team are great, providing bespoke videos to run through any issues to help solve problems. The system feels very secure with clients needing very strong passwords, and it sending verification emails to them to log on. I find it very straightforward to use and they are constantly making improvements and take feedback from the users seriously. Cons The website design tool sometimes is a little tough to get your head around, and at first some clients were struggling with a circle of verification when they were clicking through to create their passwords and the verification code then came on the emails which meant they lost the website to go back to get the code so ended up in a loop. Most clients didn't have an issue if their phone showed notifications from the top. Instead of saving time, it creates a lot of extra manual work with reminders and accounting. I had assumed that such a basic feature would be there, but I only found out after spending hours setting everything up and launching the classes. Having already tested many other platforms before choosing this one, it was extremely frustrating to realize all that time and energy was wasted, and that I have to start searching again for another solution. Pros The platform is well-designed, simple to set up, and user-friendly. It has a lot of great features bundled together, which at first made it seem like an excellent all-in-one solution. Excels on customization to present beautiful designs to the end-user. You can customize the registration email and add this information. You only need to customize it once, so it shouldn't add a lot of time to your workflow. We will consider adding the information about the outstanding balance or payment due to the default email template. We also surface this information on the backend on the class/event roster and in the reports, but we do see your point on also communicating this directly to the registrant in the confirmation email. They are constantly improving the platform, regularly adding new features, and genuinely listening to user feedback. It's clear they are committed to making the platform even better for wellness professionals. Pros OfferingTree is an all-in-one platform designed specifically for wellness professionals. It allows me to run my online yoga studio without paying for multiple subscriptions or juggling different systems. The platform is very user-friendly, and their live Zoom office hours make it easy to get questions answered and receive support when needed. My students also appreciate how simple and seamless the class registration process is, making it easy for them to sign up and participate. Cons One feature I would like to see improved is the expiration options for class credit packages. Currently, packages can be set to expire a certain number of months from the purchase date, which works well. However, if you choose to have the package begin on the student's first use, there is no option to also set an expiration date. This means a student could purchase a package and wait an extended period before using it, with no incentive to use their credits within a specific timeframe. I shared this feedback during office hours, and the team was receptive and said they would pass the suggestion along for consideration. Pros I love how slick it is, both from an end user point of view but also for my clients, I've had nearly all clients say how much easier it is to use than my previous booking system. Classes are easy to add in and navigate and when I asked a question from support, they were super quick at getting back to me. The main draw for me for OfferingTree was that it also offered memberships and an on-demand video library as well as the booking system, automations, website itself and mailing system. For the cost per month, it's brilliant value and just what I was after. Cons All classes and events come under "Offerings", for me I like classes and events to be separate but it's not that massive a deal. I don't like there being a filter option when you embed the offerings into your website - it could lead clients to getting confused. I was looking for a booking system for weekly yoga classes for my business, Happy Yoga Wales. But wasn’t happy with the interface of the ones I trialled - and I trialled a lot! I found OfferingTree and loved their booking system which includes a great-looking schedule page. Then, I discovered that it had course-building functionality! I was blown away by how much I could do with the platform. A few times, I’ve come across a stumbling block where the system didn’t have the ability to do something I wanted it to. Each time, I’ve been in touch with support and they have either given me a work-around or created an update that solves the issue. The platform is constantly being improved. I honestly, love it! Oh, and my students do too! I’ve actually added a bunch of services since getting the platform in September just because I can! August 25, 2021 5.0 My overall experience has been so great. My site looks great, it's easy to navigate and it's easy for me to update. It has saved me so much time and money: now I only have to have one location for everything! Pros I loved how easy it was to create my website, set up and schedule my classes and the fact that it houses my videos for people to rent. The tutorials are great! the really take you through everything step by step. I am definitely not a "techy" person and the ease with which I can navigate the back end of my site is astonishing! And I will say also say that when I have run into challenging or confusing moments their customer service has been exceptional. They are quick to respond and super helpful! Cons The only thing that I hope will be incorporated is that after someone purchases a video I'd love for an automated email to be sent to them to thank them and connect them to a survey. So far only automated emails can be sent to sign up for my newsletter. Pros This is the best website/booking system I have ever used and I have tried a lot! Support are amazing. Always quick to respond. Cons Clients can only book one ticket for each event. It would be nice if they could select more I.e. if a client is bringing a friend or family member they cannot just select two tickets they have to book two separate tickets with two separate email addresses.
