April 11, 2026 5.0 Great features, easy to use, and good customer service in case you run into any problems. They keep making it better. Pros I used it to help support meditation classes I was teaching. The website was easy to build, and the customer service was excellent. Cons There weren't any cons from my perspective. Pros I love how slick it is, both from an end user point of view but also for my clients, I've had nearly all clients say how much easier it is to use than my previous booking system. Classes are easy to add in and navigate and when I asked a question from support, they were super quick at getting back to me. The main draw for me for OfferingTree was that it also offered memberships and an on-demand video library as well as the booking system, automations, website itself and mailing system. For the cost per month, it's brilliant value and just what I was after. Cons All classes and events come under "Offerings", for me I like classes and events to be separate but it's not that massive a deal. I don't like there being a filter option when you embed the offerings into your website - it could lead clients to getting confused. I love that I can access from my phone and laptop. The templates are creative and easy to use. I’ve recently paid for my 2nd year subscription. Pros I chose Offering Tree to host my first ever website. Im not technically minded however I was able to easily navigate the platform and create a website that Im proud of. My favourite thing about Offering Tree is the prompt, friendly and helpful customer service. Cons The lease thing i like about Offering Tree is the inability to cap specific ticket types for events. Instead of saving time, it creates a lot of extra manual work with reminders and accounting. I had assumed that such a basic feature would be there, but I only found out after spending hours setting everything up and launching the classes. Having already tested many other platforms before choosing this one, it was extremely frustrating to realize all that time and energy was wasted, and that I have to start searching again for another solution. Pros The platform is well-designed, simple to set up, and user-friendly. It has a lot of great features bundled together, which at first made it seem like an excellent all-in-one solution. Excels on customization to present beautiful designs to the end-user. Cons The biggest drawback is that clients who do not pay at then time of registration right away receive no payment due information on their receipt confirmation stating the outstanding balance. You can customize the registration email and add this information. You only need to customize it once, so it shouldn't add a lot of time to your workflow. We will consider adding the information about the outstanding balance or payment due to the default email template. We also surface this information on the backend on the class/event roster and in the reports, but we do see your point on also communicating this directly to the registrant in the confirmation email. It ends up saving me a lot of money in the log run because everything I need is here under one platform. Cons Would like an area that can do contracts and intake forms. Anyone can access the website and book, pay for and then attend a class without me doing anything except show up to teach the class.I have run into various problems and the staff have been =very helpful in correcting my mistakes or misconceptions until it was resolved. Pros I like that it is very user friendly. Though I am a rank beginner, I was able to create a website and and get it up and running. I can always go back and tweak it as I learn more. March 9, 2023 5.0 I’ve had nothing but good experiences with OfferingTree’s team. They are always quick to answer my questions and have a great product for an affordable price. I would recommend them to any yoga teacher or fitness trainer that wants to offer live/on demand fitness classes! Pros My favorite thing about OfferingTree is that it allows you to not only manage live classes, but on demand workout as well. Most on demand competitors are upwards of $100/mon to start - which is highly unrealistic for those just starting out. Once you get acquainted to the dashboard, it’s pretty straightforward to use and they have tons of free classes if you need help setting up your site. Cons I love OfferingTree! But there are a few things I’d love to see in the future. First and foremost, while I love their On Demand library option, I think it could be potentially improve aesthetically (Easier for members to navigate if you have an extensive library). I would also love to see an option for 1:1 chatting or “instant messaging” with clients if they pay for 1:1 support from you.
