Très bonne avec un suivi client de qualité.

Pros

L'ensemble de la plateforme est vraiment bien pensée avec beaucoup de fonctions pour suivre son activité de freelance et pas seulement la facturation.

Cons

Quand je l'ai utilisé la fonction automatique du calcul de la TVA n'était pas fonctionnelle. Du coup il a fallu que je prenne un abonnement complémentaire chez INDY.

Je suis globalement très satisfait de cet outil, mais si les points faibles remontés ici pouvaient être corrigés, ce serait vraiment un gros plus !

Pros

L'outil est agréable à utiliser dans son ensemble, les différentes vues sont bien pensées. La gestion des factures / devis / client est fluide et facile à comprendre

Cons

Quelques bugs/erreurs de conception peuvent parfois faire perdre du temps. Quand on crée un devis par exemple, chaque prestation doit être validée en cliquant sur le bouton "valider" juste en dessous. Si l'on clique sur le bouton "créer le devis" qui est un peu plus bas, la dernière prestation non validée n'est pas enregistrée.Quand on édite une prestation d'un devis, il faut valider avec une coche verte à droite, il n'y a plus de bouton "valider" en dessous. Si on a le malheur de cliquer juste à côté de la coche verte, on perd toutes les modifications, comme si on avait cliqué sur une case annuler.

Un très bon logiciel pour le freelance qui débute. Mais dès qu'on a besoin de plus de "finesse" dans le suivi de son activité, il devient limite (pas de ventilation par exemple)

Facilité de mise en service et d'utilisation au quotidien

Fonctionnalités limitées, reporting limité également.

Simplicité d'utilisation : générer les factures, ajouter les clients et les prestations. Mise à jour en temps réel avec les nouveautés réglementaires.

Cons

Certains champs ne sont pas prévus comme "prestations de services".
