"Great, They Really Care!"

**Pros:** They only use approved reviews for customers with verified purchases, they don’t just allow anybody to post reviews.

**Cons:** It can be hard and time consuming to get ahold of support if you have made a legit purchase and are trying to get an email link to do a review.

"Very helpful"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience has been great with shopper approved. I first began to deal with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], he was a great help! I also got to work with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] which took into account any little detail I wanted for our widgets was amazing!

**Pros:** What I love the most is the simplicity of the software

**Cons:** What I liked least was some of the pages did not look as modern or user friendly to know how to navigate.
