I'm still fairly new to the software, but so far I'm enjoying the ease of gathering and maintaining our reviews.

Pros

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been an excellent representative for us. She walked me through the platform and showed me all the important areas that I'd need to monitor and maintain. The dashboard is about as clear cut as you can get, which makes navigation simple and easy!

Cons

I have yet to discover any glaring issues with the software.

Wonderful experience with all staff. Unfortunate that I cannot utilize the service fully.

Pros

Easy to use and shows transparency of my boutique because customers can review openly

Cons

Only con is a huge one. Publishing the reviews for customer’s view requires coding that is not compatible with my platform therefore it’s hard for customers to find the reviews.
