" January 9, 2026 5.0 It was been great, easy find answers/help when/if needed, all services are available as listed, no gimmicks, pay this and then get access and have to pay more kinda schemes I’ve seen a lot lately in the SEO, Funnel, White Label worlds. Pros As a marketing agency, I like the easy access to the instareports feature where I can I get a 1 time report for a client, or submit a file of 100’s of local businesses and get potential leads and clients based on the reports. The dashboard is very easy to navigate, and right at your fingertips. All the white label options that I am able to present to my clients is great. I have also liked Dashclicks because they have not spammed my email like some of the other white label sites available. Cons The CRM/contacts area is ok, could be better laid out, and upload friendly. I had to redo a list a few times to get all the contacts to go in, and submit for reports as one field was not moving over/linked. CEO Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Find another service for your website" June 23, 2026 1.0 I’ve used a lot of SaaS products over the years, and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. They sell you on questionable results and make claims such as, “Look at our 4.9 out of 5-star reviews.” I don’t know whether those reviews are paid or not, but I can say that my experience was terrible. Months after I canceled and thought I was completely done with them, I found out they had continued charging our credit card $537 per quarter. Somehow, those charges slipped through our accounting process, and they have cost us a significant amount of money since then. In my opinion, this company’s software is poor, and the virtual assistants they use do not appear to properly review the AI-written articles. In some cases, they failed to catch even simple errors. Overall, it was an awful experience. Save yourself the frustration and your hard-earned money. After posting reviews and contacting support about the continued billing, DashClicks told me they could escalate my request for a one-time courtesy credit. However, after I mentioned that I had already submitted reviews, they stated that the courtesy credit could only be considered if the review was removed. In my opinion, tying any credit or resolution to removing a customer review is extremely concerning and only reinforces my negative experience. Pros I liked what they said they were going to provide which was a team to help grow your website online. They said they could provide you a team or add individual services as you grew. Cons It just didn't work. The deliverables were underwhelming and didn't take into account our business or our clients business. I'm not sure the VAs they have working are experienced enough to do the work needed to help websites grow. The tech is also very confusing and including their interface for getting help on issues. Much of the time we were a regular user, you couldn't even read the fly out menu they had to pick your support options. It was an accessibility nightmare. There was a couple of times where they were running Facebook ads and deletes were not very good quality. That's kind of normal for Facebook ads but I wouldn't say that that was a fault if anything, they don't take a precautionary step to see how the quality of the leads are doing so that way they can adjust it's very much on the user to reach out to talk about problems and things to fix. Pros ive been able to hand off my google ads fulfillment. it makes it easier for me to continue to focus on sales and other parts of my business. It has offered complementary services to my primarily print focused marketing agency Pros DashClicks is a great agency fulfillment center that helps fill in the gaps between strengths you have with your small agency, and adds a team that helps facilitate services for your customers that you may not have time to take on personally as you grow. Overall, I would recommend this to small agencies as a way to service your clients just as well as the larger agencies do. Cons The platform offers a wealth of great services. My only complaint is that some of the services are priced higher than similar alternatives (call tracking comes to mind). This limits some of the services I choose to offer because tracking becomes restricted when it is required to push call tracking through their own tool. It has a CLEAN interface and is MUCH easier to use than anything in the industry. I outsource all of the work to them so they can taker care of the daily marketing tasks. This leaves me a lot of time to focus on building strategies for my clients, running my agency and saves me time and headaches. Pros I just love how the dashboard on the back end is very colorful and easy to navigate. The reporting just looks fresh, modern and amazing. My clients really appreciate the attention to detail in their reports. To me, a game-changer was having the ability to contact my project manager via a private Slack Chanel! Communication really flows and we get things done! My clients are happy with the results they are receiving for their online marketing. Cons I tried their social media posting, among other services, but they are still lacking reporting for the social media posting. That would really make my life easier when it comes to sending my client reports. They are lacking in that arena. Also, I would love to see more case studies on their end. They only have 3, but they become boring after a while since most of the data does not really focus on revenue generated.
