Can't recommend DashClicks enough. It has changed my agency trajectory in amazing ways. Pros I love the fulfillment services that allow me to scale my agency. Cons I wish it had a full integration with DialPad, my preferred phone system platform. Also DashClicks offer fulfilment so I am able to offer more to my clients as a startup than I would normally be able to! Leverage is key. Pros You can get started for free and customise the dashboard to be truly white labelled from the outset. Cons I would have liked slightly better support for other currencies, currently everything is in USD. August 13, 2023 5.0 Overall I have had a great experience with DashClicks and highly recommend it ! Pros As a DashClicks member, I have been extremely pleased with their services, and I have built my business on them. I love DashClicks because it provides everything you need to run a marketing business on one platform. As a result, I'm able to manage my business more efficiently. Plus, it's super easy to use, even a 5-year-old could do it! Cons The only thing I don't like is that the content that they provide for their monthly subscriptions is only filler content and they only offer 1 post per week or on different platforms. I got my profile all detailed and set up, and then from there, videos showed me precise step by step instructions on what to do and where to go next. The prices are reasonable and I love the dashboard to show clients so they can also monitor their own progress if that is what they prefer, Pros The layout of the website is very user-friendly and you have an admin assigned personally to you after you get whitelisted to help you- which even during the whitelist process you have access speak to a support person. There are also videos that the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] walks you through different steps and how to better utilize the system for success. Cons Mobile version is not yet available, however will be soon! The DashClicks 2.0 platform is basically a full-fledged CRM, complete with a drag-and-drop website editor. They also provide quality white-label marketing and SaaS services for agencies keen on scaling their client base. From the sign-up process to the integration on my website, I was impressed with the customer service, design options and ease of use. Cons The thing I like most about Dashclicks is that it does not require a lot of custom development to implement. I was also very impressed with the dashboard and the admin side of things. The videos, live demos, and chats help answer any question. I love the customization of the White labeling options. Cons I wish they offered email marketing and automation.
