"Good overall experience"

**Overall:** Good response to problems and questions. Open to requests for upgrades.

**Pros:** It's user friendly and is constantly updating and evolving. I am excited to try the new tiered rates feature/function.

**Cons:** On the Smart Reports I wish the stations would be organized by market instead of alphabetically. It's a function we want to use, but at this time is too cumbersome with multi-market clients. Also, on the Media Plan function, it's not as easy to use and don't see a need for it as it is now.

"Good MidRanged Media Buying Software"

**Pros:** MediaForce is user friendly and is a good choice for a small to medium sized agency.

**Cons:** Having switched from a premium media buying software company to MediaForce I miss some of the reporting options that came with the higher priced software. However for the price, and what I actually use every day I am happy with the switch.
