I am an admin and the interface is rather easy to use. When I do not know something, the customer support team is super helpful. Pros Mobile badges are the future! It's so easy for people to lose badges, but people will not lose their phone (or at least, not as frequently). The bluetooth "wave" to unlock the door feature is also one of the best and more unique features of this product. Especially in COVID conscious world, touchless badge access has been beneficial. Cons my knowledge for IT is super limited, so at times I get a little lost when it comes to anything outside of creating/deleted users. However, that is pretty standard for access control technologies. Switched from [Brivo Access](https://www.capterra.com/p/234450/Brivo-Access/) Openpath is "sexier"!
