"A great tool for international payroll"
Pros: I love the PECI integration between our HRM software and Payslip, where all changes are captured and brought into the Payslip system.From there it goes to our payroll providers and they then return the output file into the Payslip system which then gets absorbed and we review the Payslip output file.Due to the Payslip system, we have managed to standardise our payroll processing into a similar style for all our international countries, with small differences between countries depending on local legislation, of course.I love the self service (zero-touch) features as well, as it gives the company a lot of freedom to work with the software the way you need it and when you need it, without having to wait for someone from Payslip to action something before it is available for the company to use.The implementation team is outstanding as well, and we managed to get over 25 countries live on the platform within a year and a half. Great work payslip and thank you very much for that.
Cons: Even though there is a reporting feature in Payslip, and we do use it, but there is room for improvement on this feature, I feel.Reports for multiple months will have the employees listed individually for each month without the amounts being totalled per employee for the full period requested.And, for some reason, the order of the pay elements columns can change month over month, which makes it difficult to process the data easily in Excel sometimes.

Overall: Excellent level of customer support, and willing to take feedback and suggestions from clients, if they feel that it will help improve their product offering.
Pros: All payrolls in one location, clear timelines and process owners, enables local expertise to ensure compliance with local taxes and guidelines whilst maintaining controls centrally. Really helps when growing the business globally whilst maintaining control centrally
Cons: I feel that there could be some improvement on both the employee self service portal and on some of the consolidated reporting
"AMCS Review"
Pros: Employee profiles are very detailed and very easy to make changes eg. very easy to update new salary and has a clear history of previous salary increases. The steps in carrying out a monthly payroll are very clear and easy to follow. The customer support is excellent. The reports are very detailed and easily integrated to our accounting system.
Cons: There are a lot of email alerts reminding you of steps and notes, as I get so many email alerts I sometimes miss the notes alert which can be important.
"Reliable and easy to use"
Pros: Very easy to use and great support. Great support tool specially if you have multiple payrolls in different countries. Although different providers and different legislations might be a challenge, Payslip helps to standardise and ease the processes
Cons: I would like to be able to have more flexibility on payroll reporting, able to generate reports not only by GTN, also to pay element level - for example, generate a report with all the bonuses paid to employees on the last year
"Payslip Centralises the Payroll Function"
Pros: The interaction between the payroll processro and Payslip.com is brilliant and is all centraliased within the portal with tracking information and relevant timelines.
Cons: User interface improves with each release and continues to do so. This is the only area I see currently for improvement.

Overall: Overall, for a small client, it works without a problem and the alerts created help to keep track of the activity in the portal.
Pros: It's easy to use and very intuitive. For small payroll companies it is very simple from a provider perspective.
Cons: There should be more options for each task. For example, to know when the client will upload information instead of only showing when the output from our side should be uploaded. It should also separate other post payroll tasks, suchs as taxes, payments, annual income statements, social single report. The alerts we receive in our emails could refer to the task or refer who created this alert.

"Payslip portal review "
Overall: Payslip customer specialist that is working for GYG is giving us a big support on monthly and daily basis, this is much appreciated. Once we will change the process of sending data (monthly changes) and hopefully implementing integration in the future, we will be able to be more independent.
Pros: The software is user friendly and nice to use from my perspective. After the training we have had, I have better knowledge about functionalities, processes or the reports. We will be working on integration between our Workday system and Payslip, so for the time being I cannot rate that part.
Cons: We are missing integration between our Workday system and Payslip and it will be implemented in the near future hopefully. The software in my opinion meets our requirements.
"User-friendly Payroll Management"
Pros: The way Payslip works, it is very intuitive and user friendly with all the processes put in place for smooth payroll management.
Cons: The inability to exclude/ edit notes within payruns.
"Great Place to Share Securely"
Pros: Payslips provide a safe portal to share confidential documents. I personally find it extremely user-friendly, it is always clear which option you need to use to upload, download, share information or even just to leave note. The next best thing is that the Payslips Team is extremely helpful and they are always ready to assist with any query, if they would arise. When a new feature is introduced, supporting material is always provided so it is super easy to keep up with any changes to the software.
Cons: As per above, my overall experience is completely positive and cannot point out any CON.
