Our overall experience with BrandWide has been fantastic. It delivers incredible value for money by giving us a powerful, feature-rich tool that remains simple and enjoyable to use daily. The combination of an ease of use interface, seamless franchise collaboration, and stellar development and customer support has made it an essential asset for our network's success.

Pros

What I love most about BrandWide is how user-friendly and intuitive the interface is. Right from day one, navigating the platform felt natural, and our team didn't need weeks of heavy training to get comfortable. The layout makes managing multi-locations and franchisees incredibly straightforward. Everything our consultants need to manage leads, nurturing leads and the client workflows are smoother and much more efficient. The ability for each user to customize their look and feel is excellent. This has been key to our users satisifaction with the CRM. Allowing them to customize for their needs and not be forced into a one size fits all CRM.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. Because it offers so many robust features for multi-unit networks, it can feel a bit overwhelming when you first look at the customization and settings during intial set up. However, because the system is so well-designed, it doesn't take long at all to get the hang of it.

My overall experience with brand wide has been excellent. I’ve really appreciated all of the hard work that my support staff especially a Vic has put in to helping me learn the system. Answer any questions I have an integrate lead capture forms with various marketing agencies and web developers I feel like I have a solid support system and structure for building out the new franchise system.

Pros

The software is very well organized so learning it has been pretty straightforward. It also is very comprehensive so I feel that as we grow as a franchise system will start to use all the different features which is great not to have an additional software we have to use also the support staff on boarding process has been amazing and super helpful.

Cons

There’s nothing that stands out as being bad per se although I have not yet used the royalty features yet or the on boarding task features just yet but so far the lead generation and workflow flows for that are great

10/10, phenomenal team, strong product, lots of different types of workflows and allowed us to award our first 11 franchisees in 6 months!

Pros

They're super strong communication, customer tailored support and will always be there when you need them!

Cons

Nothing at all honestly. They were there at all times when I needed them. Compliance functionality was pretty cool as well.

Overall I am pleased with BrandWide for having taken the time to understand our unique business as part of building a fit for purpose CRM that is interactive, easy to navigate and onboard new staff into all within a cheerful and helpful client relationship.

Pros

BrandWide has built our CRM for our unique purpose and continues to enhance and support our staff with updates and improvements for ease of use and reliability. We looked at several alternatives and found Brandwide to be superior in client support and overall value for our budget.

Cons

At times we have had trouble keeping other platforms connected to our CRM including payment platforms though it appears that the connectivity issues usually lie with the other platforms and not BrandWide. In any event, client support when we have a hiccup is fast and results oriented.

Overall, I have had a positive experience. I believe the value of what you pay for the CRM is worth it. Customer service is great, the features provided are comparable if not better then other CRMs and it is easy to use and figure out things on your own.

Pros

The customer service at Brand Wide is great. I work with \[sensitive content hidden\] and he is professional, quick to answer and always tries to make the process easier for me. The CRM is easy to use and understand unlike some CRMs I have used in the past.

Cons

I wish the reporting was more customizable. However, anytime I need a report built or customized a specific way, \[sensitive content hidden\] looks into it. So far, he has been able to build reports I have requested.

The reason why we decided to switch is because Brand Wide is more user friendly.

Alternatives considered

Reasons for choosing BrandWide

The main reason of why we did not go with Franc Connect is because of the pricing. Otherwise, we loved Fran Connect's CRM functionalities.

Our Sales Rep was very helpful in finding the right package and getting us the best deal. We were assigned a customer service rep that is extremely helpful in building out and customizing our options to fit our needs... and is also very patient with the thousands of random questions we end up asking on a regular basis.

Pros

Scalable solution that is customizable to our business needs with round the clock support. It was also very easy for our franchisees to learn to use for their sales reporting. It is helpful for automating franchisee communication and task management. As we grow we will be able to use it to improve our franchisee's experience and streamline growth.

Cons

I don't have any Cons to list at this time. Even though support is in a different time zone than us, this has not been an issue.

Working with BrandWide has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. What we liked most was the platform's comprehensive franchise management system — it seamlessly brings together CRM, marketing automation, operations, and performance analytics in one easy-to-use interface.

Pros

Their customer support team is exceptional, always responsive and ready to help with onboarding, customization, and training. We also appreciated how flexible and scalable the solution is.

Cons

There have not been any cons to BrandWide. The team has been great to work with. We asked for training videos, and they are working on creating them for us.
