"New to DTD - quick but needs more customization"

**Overall:** It has been a time saver so far. I did try reaching out to customer service about some feedback (as suggested on the website), but never got a response.

**Pros:** It seems to be pretty comprehensive. I like that it saves time, especially when writing up sections such as behavior observations, classroom observations, social-developmental history and teacher interview.

**Cons:** When I’m in the “save/preview” mode, I wish I could edit directly from that screen. I would also like to add more check boxes for articulation errors and phonological processes that I frequently observe, and for behaviors that my students exhibit. Additionally, I’d like for there to be more questions pertaining to the preschool population.
