Pros

Ease of use, ease of implementation. Easy lead capture, appointment setter and more! So many various ways t use it, if you get creative!

Cons

The one default is not having the ability to brand emails for call confirmations, etc and no ability for 'sales rep' to get SMS notifications for scheduled call.

This has beyond a doubt improved our conversion rate. I am not sure if this is unique to Novocall or generically to the product category, but it is working!

I love how easy it is to install and how easy it is for website visitors to use.

Cons

So far I haven't had any issues. Feed back from coach was it was a bit big on the page when people first landed not he website. I didn't see it like that.

I struggled a little setting up the right people to get alerts. It's hard to really know if I'll get a lift by using this over other CTA options.

Novocall allows me to actually run my business without constatnly sifting through spam calls. Plus, the leads I've gotten using Novocall have been very high quality... This is a no-brainer for any small business owner!

I think this software is a great way to open up an easier line of communication with customers. When consumers want information they can get the instant answer they need or schedule a call back on their time. Having the ability to completely customize the settings also sets this apart from other services.

Cons

I would have liked the ability to make the "Message Us" feature more prominent.

Interface and the whole platform is really intuitive and fast to use.

Cons

Practically nothing, but the professional plan has only 30 days calls history and this is really low.
