Good. I contacted support with a couple questions and got a response within an hour.

Pros

I pasted the HTML before the body tag and was up and running

Cons

Wish I could hide the message tab because I have live chat and this is redundant.

Pros

Easy to use and install. Perfect for freelancers because customers can easily contact them.

Cons

Credits limit are kind of confusing, maybe I just need to read more about that to understand it...

I'm trying Novocall and it's a great software with great support. It's good to get instant calls and get more customers.

Cons

\- Widget layout must be more flexible by adding custom CSS and open it from a custom link.

Pros

I like the way that it connects with your website to provide customer phone service effectively. It has lots of integrations and is easy for the customer

Cons

I found that occasionally calls can be buggy, but not significantly enough to be a major problem.

Its been a fantastic tool to add to landing pages we create for our digital marketing efforts.

Pros

It does everything it promises. I like that it is easy to set up and intuitive to navigate. The "business hours" feature is great as well.

Cons

One particular feature is missing or difficult to configure. That's the number shown on the Caller ID that the end user sees. It seems like this is something we can control, but none of the settings seemed to work.
