The results are clear, revealing (where are the pain points and what to do next) and easy to turn into presentations or reports. But the best part is the team behind it, and the way they are always available when you have questions, technical issues or want to know more about the applications of the survey. A reliable tool + friendly and professional service = 5 stars for value-for-money Cons Hard to tell. When I started working with the tool, the interface was clunkier than now, but the team always jumped into action when I had issues, and upgraded the product afterwards.
