Pros

It's easy to use, don't take long time and you can all the time see the temperature in the group. You always answer positively or negatively no neutral.

Cons

Some of the questions are not necessarily relevant.

We have had a very good support and help from them!

Pros

I love to have the wellbeing visibly by a temperature and that is in real time. In this way you can active work with the result right away and as a part in the daily work. And if you have a trend you would like to understand better it is possible to dig dipper into it and see the answers for each question. I also use the tool to document employer meetings and plan personal development.

Cons

I would like to expand it to have all employer related issues here. Right now we are trying to implement our on boarding process in the system

Pros

Mist i like that is easy to use and that i get really good information about the wellbeing of my employees and the company

Cons

Nothing at all tight now. Everything is working out great.
