The office manager had left and I didn't want paper records in an office, as we were moving to remote working, so now its all online and its a much better, easier process as we now don't have to return documents etc., Pros I like that it's automated reminders, schedules you to review, at a glance you can see who is outstanding, its one fixed fee per month which is helpful. I like that clients don't send us their documents for data protection, but its held by a 3rd party supplier. Cons I think there should be an affiliate feature. When I first signed up, I asked about it because I'd promote it if there was. I think a standard template document on a money laundering policy would be handy. Reasons for choosing MLVerify The pricing was better. A lower flat rate fee helps us to budget vs a cost every time a search is made, and per client user. I think other providers do Pay As You Go, but it wasn't cost effective for us. This solution was. It is everything a firm of accountants needs to ensure they are fully compliant with the UK AML regulations. Pros MLVerify is an inexpensive piece of software that not only allows us to undertaken our AML tasks, but also holds the data all in one place. It allows our clients to upload their ID documents for us to verify, with ease.All staff have access, so we can ensure we complete our AML verifications in real-time, with email notifications once clients have uploaded all requested documentation.It's also fully cloud based, so no server to worry about and data can be accessed by the team wherever they are working from. Cons There isn't really anything I don't like.However, if I was to put something on my wish list, it would be for it to be easier to integrate with other cloud software.
