My experience with has been excellent. The software is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and utilize for all my needs. Data collection is straightforward and efficient, saving me valuable time. Additionally, the customer service team has been incredibly responsive and helpful, always providing the support I need. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with the platform and the service provided.

Pros

What I liked most about is how intuitive and efficient it is. The data collection process is seamless, and I really appreciate how easy it is to set up programs. Generating reports is also very straightforward, which saves a lot of time and effort. Overall, the ease of use across all features has made the entire experience smooth and productive.

Cons

While my overall experience with has been positive, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. One downside is the lack of customizable documents, which can limit flexibility. Additionally, the inability to bulk apply signatures on the staff side can be a bit time-consuming. Lastly, when an appointment is rendered, the symbol indicating this is somewhat hard to see, which could be improved for better visibility and clarity.

Very easy to use and learn. Taking data is very easy on the app. Any questions or issues are also promptly responded too.

Cons

I have used since they first came on the scene. Whenever I need help with the platform or have billing questions I know that I can reach out and I will receive a fast and accurate response. I have tried other platforms but have been the most pleased with Theralytics.

initially notes were not specific enough for some insurance providers but this has been addressed.

Pros

Adding clients and their authorization information is very easy and seamless. Submitting billing is very quick and easy to make adjustments if needed.

Cons

Searching through a calendar to select a date of service or enter in a DOB is very time consuming. I would much rather free type a date in a space as that would be much faster and easier.

We have used Theralyics for over 3 years now and are pleased with the service and value we receive from them. We feel secure in their security measures and that our data is secure and never had any issues with breach.

The software is easy to use and works on all devices. I’ve found it easy to train new employees on it. It also streamlines most of our services and provides a central location for everything.

Occasionally, the app for the phone/tablets will glitch or run slow.

They have amazing customer service. I needed to find a good solution for my client and gave me all the information that I needed to make an informed decision for my client.

Pros

I recently explored while I was looking for a solution that offers easy-to-use administrative features, like document storage and payroll reporting. Theralytics perfectly met our needs. And their customer service is great. They gave me all the information we needed to make an informed decision (a huge plus). Highly recommend!

Cons

They currently don't have intake forms as a feature. But I've been told by the team that it's in their development roadmap and will be launched soon.

I have been using primarily for its scheduling and reporting functionalities, and I have been very impressed. Theralytics is very user-friendly and easy to learn. The platform has a several great features that have significantly improved our company's efficiency. The best part of Theralytics is its exceptional support team. Whenever I encountered an issue or had a question, the support team was available to assist. On multiple occasions, they quickly arranged Zoom calls to provide real-time support, ensuring that any problem I faced was promptly resolved.

I would like them to add a messaging feature so that we can communicate with colleagues and clients through Theralytics.

This product is user friendly in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. Our organization used this software both for Speech and Language Pathology practitioners as well as ABA clinicians. Both disciplines used this software for scheduling, data collection, and billing and have had a great experience. It is one of the only softwares that we have come across that is so easily customizable across disciplines.

Cons

Occasional crashes on the app or website, but these are addressed efficiently.

The support from is amazing. I've worked with other EHR and billing programs before and the customer service was low to mediocre. Theralytics is quick to respond and resolve.

Pros

I like that the program communicates with insurances and provides all remittance information.

Cons

The signature process is not as user friendly as we would like. There is limited options for affordably personalizing the software. However, the software is user friendly and needs minimal personalization.

Overall we have received quality support and enhanced our systems using an affordable service. Other platforms we have tried have been cumbersome, difficult to train on, and/or completely unaffordable for a small business. While still has some adjustments to make that could make our overall user experience better, we do recommend this product.

Pros

Our team enjoys how easy the system is to utilize for scheduling, session notes, and authorization tracking. It allows us to complete the majority of our practice management needs within one platform that is reasonably priced. The support team has been incredibly helpful, is very responsive, and willing to hear feedback about how their product could be improved.

Cons

We find that there are still many limitations within the data collection and graphing portions of the software. We are aware that more features are coming in the future, but for now this limits our ability to efficiently program for our current clients.

### "Amazing Product, Even Better Service "

Pros

has played an essential role in allowing our therapists to track our clients progress, and creating individualized goals that represents exactly where our clients are. It is so detrimental to have goals that fit our clients exact needs. We appreciate the ability to type in the goals as they need to be versus pre-populated goal banks that may not always fit exactly what the goal is. Theralytics understanding of what the client, therapists and payors need to be successful is evident in navigating the platform. There isn’t another online platform we have found easier to navigate and execute daily tasks (i.e., scheduling, billing, note writing, data collection).

Cons

One barrier we have found is data collection not having an embedded curriculum (i.e. PEAK or VB MAPP).
