The ability to drill down to tax credits that are business appropriate is extremely helpful.

Pros

Most people have probably used TurboTax for their personal taxes, or at least familiar with the name. TurboTax Business gives you the same experience but at a business level.

Cons

The only real downside is just the overall cost. Taxes can be a cumbersome experience for many, and while TurboTax makes it easier, the up front cost can be alarming.

### "T2 Print Version is missing Values "

My net income is zero (revenue matches expenses). When I print my T2 form, none of the zeros appears on line A, B, C or D of the Taxable Income form. It's as if nothing was entered into the Tax Return. Since the official copy that was submitted to CRA cannot be printed, I have no way to know if the zero values are in it or not. All I want is to be able to print the same document that was submitted to CRA. The software does not provide you with that feature which makes it difficult for a business to retain an official copy in the event of an audit within the next 6 years. Furthermore, there is no phone support for businesses. The only support is via internet chat which makes it challenging to address and resolve an issue. In this case, I got the chat feedback as sorry I can't help you. And that is how it was left. I don't recommend TurboTax Business to anyone.

I have used turbo tax to complete my taxes as a first time completer. My parents used to do it for me. I was really nervous about completing it but turbo tax made it really easy.

Pros

This literally walks you through your taxes step by step. I do not have to worry about missing anything because turbo tax helps you every step of the way.

Cons

It keeps suggesting that you upgrade to a more expensive package while completing your taxes. It can just be a waste of time.

It is very easy to use and includes a variety of features which really help my business. I like how they utilize image capture to make filing quick

Cons

That it comes from a company which routinely seeks to confuse the tax process. I will not be paying them money to continue to mystify it's customers

Great for small businesses to get their taxes done, 1099 forms, and more!

Pros

For a small business, we used it to send out 1099 to contractors easily and quickly. The whole process was quick and easy without needing a lot of brainpower!

Cons

TurboTax might seem a bit expensive but I'll be willing to plunk down some money if it saves my time and makes it easy for me to get taxes done!

Pros

I have just recently started to use this software. I have switched from another program that wasn't as easy to use as Turbo Tax. Simple to fill in and find what I need.

Cons

So far, I have not had any issues. If anything, it's the user just needing to get accustomed to a new product!

This software has been a life saver for us to use. Not only did it save us money from having a professional do it we learned a lot from it

it was a little costly for having to do everything ourselves, however we found some tax breaks we fell into that we didnt know about before

Pros

I did my Federal and State taxes with TurboTaxes and everything was smooth. In under 30minutes I was done.

Cons

I feel like TurboTax kept asking me to upgrade to a higher plan. I'm not a really big fan of this. I felt like I was booking an airplane ticket on a cheap airline.
