Pros It's easy to use, dependable, up to date and offers e-filing and mail filing options, and allows you to file your state tax return as well (transferring the data of course). Cons Their customer support is not always easy to reach in a timely manner, and over the years I've run into occasional bugs. Pros I liked the easy questionnaire process that made filling out tax forms easy. It really guided me through the process. Cons It was very expensive to file taxes, with the cheapest option it lets me choose to be $120. Since I didn't have to pay any taxes, I was not going to pay that much just to file them. Reason for choosing TurboTax Business I chose Free Tax USA because it was better suited to my needs than TurboTax business. I look forward to using it early next year during the next tax cycle. Pros Turbo tax is great for small business accounting . It's great when Tax season comes around as it's pretty simple to type in all you need to in order to file your taxes relatively hassle free, I say relatively because let's face it, no one out there still like filing taxes. But this software takes a lot of the hassle out of filing and support features as well as a FAQ section are there to help out along the way. Cons The price I paid initially was a little exorbitant , especially because i didn't know what I was getting into. I've used Turbo Tax for personal use but not for my online business , prior to this. But I will say it has been worth it overall now. Review Source BK Bryce K. Pros Very Easy to upload files and to store documents for future years! Cons The calculations sometimes seem semi arbitrary for tax returns and are not always fully explained unfortunately.
