Pros Homeowner Central has completely streamlined how we manage service requests, documents, and homeowner communication. We've been with them for many years and they've been awesome to work with. Pros 1\. The system is easy to navigate. 2. The company does a great job with collaboration when I've had ideas for enhancements. 3. From an accounting perspective, the functionality within the system is very thorough and efficient. Cons There really isn't anything too note worthy, I would say the user experience can sometimes be a challenge. Some screens we work within don't allow for full screen display which would make things easier for us. The implementation of NEWSTAR is well organized, and other integrations can be setup with ease. Cons Some user interfaces are dated, although the functionality is more important to us than the UI.
