It's also an incredibly flexible and easy to understand tool that everybody, regardless of their level of computer savviness, can use with ease. Even advanced configurations can be carried out by non IT staff without steep learning curves. Cons Not really Desk-Net's problem, but its incredible flexibility will tempt organisations to just model their existing workflows with it instead thinking first how to simplify those workflows.
