Chandini Pradeep and Surya Dinavhi have really gone out of their ways to make sure my clients' data migration was smooth and stress free. The software is intuitive and user friendly, easy to grasp. With all the functions available this has streamlined my processes and overall and I wish I had converted sooner. Pros Being an all in one piece of software I thought it would be difficult to navigate, this is not the case. Capium is very easy to use and easy to navigate. Cons For me I can not really think of any dislikes. All aspects of the tool link to one another, and update in real time. Capium are constantly updating their software to try and improve it's functionality, and are very good at listening to, and importantly actioning user feedback. We are always looked after, if there are any issues, they also have a facebook group to connect with the rest of the community and updates are provided within the hour. Pros The people. Their support team is always eager to help and keep in touch. We have established a close relationship with management and therefore see eye to eye with any development points we can offer too. The software is full integrated, meaning it's not a matter of finding 5 other softwares to cover all compliance. The software is really straight forward to use and flow nicely between modules. Cons We aren't using bookkeeping from Capium just because for bookkeeping we need far more integrations which is not a problem. However, I have heard they are bringing out a new version of bookkeeping soon which will feature a lot more to offer to clients. The cost of AP, CT, SA, and Payroll, it outweighs anything else on the market.
