All aspects of the tool link to one another, and update in real time. We are always looked after, if there are any issues, they also have a facebook group to connect with the rest of the community and updates are provided within the hour. Pros The people. Their support team is always eager to help and keep in touch. We have established a close relationship with management and therefore see eye to eye with any development points we can offer too. The software is full integrated, meaning it's not a matter of finding 5 other softwares to cover all compliance. The software is really straight forward to use and flow nicely between modules. Cons We aren't using bookkeeping from Capium just because for bookkeeping we need far more integrations which is not a problem. However, I have heard they are bringing out a new version of bookkeeping soon which will feature a lot more to offer to clients. The cost of AP, CT, SA, and Payroll, it outweighs anything else on the market.
