" February 2, 2026 5.0 Pros Cloud-based all-in-one platform that’s easy to use, links bookkeeping, tax and payroll in real time, and keeps you compliant. Cons Can be pricey for multiple modules, some features/modules feel less polished, and a few random usability issues. November 7, 2024 5.0 I am very new to Capium but I can sincerely say that I had forgotten what a good service was before I joined them. Very quick response times from support, thorough onboarding and training, friendly but professional approach. Chandini Pradeep and Surya Dinavhi have really gone out of their ways to make sure my clients' data migration was smooth and stress free. The software is intuitive and user friendly, easy to grasp. What more could a practitioner want for? Thank you Capium! Pros The software is reliable, easy to grasp and very user friendly. Cons There are areas for improvement in effectiveness and efficiency of one's time, I have communicated these to Capium and felt listened to, I am sure these will be addressed on future releases. With all the functions available this has streamlined my processes and overall and I wish I had converted sooner. Pros Being an all in one piece of software I thought it would be difficult to navigate, this is not the case. Capium is very easy to use and easy to navigate. Cons For me I can not really think of any dislikes. Accountant Accounting Used the software for: 2+ years ### "All in one software" November 17, 2023 5.0 Pros Capium is an excellent all in one tool integrating AML, bookkeeping and payroll all into one piece of software. All aspects of the tool link to one another, and update in real time. Capium are constantly updating their software to try and improve it's functionality, and are very good at listening to, and importantly actioning user feedback. We are always looked after, if there are any issues, they also have a facebook group to connect with the rest of the community and updates are provided within the hour. Pros The people. Their support team is always eager to help and keep in touch. We have established a close relationship with management and therefore see eye to eye with any development points we can offer too. The software is full integrated, meaning it's not a matter of finding 5 other softwares to cover all compliance. The software is really straight forward to use and flow nicely between modules. Cons We aren't using bookkeeping from Capium just because for bookkeeping we need far more integrations which is not a problem. However, I have heard they are bringing out a new version of bookkeeping soon which will feature a lot more to offer to clients. The cost of AP, CT, SA, and Payroll, it outweighs anything else on the market. Review Source JW Josh W. The team have aided me each step of the way to learn and use the product. I would recommend. Pros The team behind Capium help you through your learning curve. The product has a lot of intuitive elements aiding you through the products. It met all the key issues and more to run and enable a growing firm. Pros The fact that it is cloud based and is a full suite of software where everything integrates. It is also very user friendly and logial. Cons Some of the modules are better than others, however Capium acts on customer feedback and is continuously improving the software.
