Cons The e-filing process was also incredibly fast compared to other tax software I've used. Everything was smooth, efficient, and easy to navigate. On top of that, the pricing is excellent. I like the different features that do not exist in the other software. I understand that I need more training to be able to use all the other features. Pros The different features that does not exist on the other software, such as the tax portal, the different option for client to review and sign the return, the options to add the supporting documents to the tax returns, etc. Cons I have not seen the purpose of the sample returns. Plus, the sample returns downloaded at will instead. Training, The value for my money, the Tax Portal, for client documents and remote client signatures. All of these and more. Cons I can't think of anything that I don't really like. I think getting my clients to upload their documents. That is probably the worst.
