Pros the portal option as well as the simplicity of using it. Cons Wish it would have at the end of the return and option to show the customer like a snapshot that we can show the customer what the taxable income was, what the tax amount was for that and at the end reflecting their refund amount or even what they owe. I had left a somewhat complicated return go past deadline because of a shortened challenged tax season 3-18 to 4-15 this year. When I called for help, she walked me through the process for EVERY question I asked! Once understanding the process, I was truly impressed with the software and how to handle it! Good times ahead, I feel. Cons I had a problem with hearing the audio portion of the training videos - so didn't watch the entire series before attempting to use the system! If I could obtain a $1/per return commission on 1000 TT customers, I'd be on my way. I finally thought I had found the best one. I won’t name names but didn’t think I could do better. Their rankings were near the top if not at the top every year. Then I got a call from a young lady named \[sensitive content hidden\] who asked me to try another tax software. I patiently explained that I was quite pleased with the one I had. I secretly hoped that their diagnostic was less cumbersome though and their portal worked as promised. Their customer service was absolutely tops though. For some reason I tried the new software, however, and to my surprise it surpassed the one I had in every area. It's intuitive, the diagnostic is a breeze, the portal works as promised. Customer service is as good. I am blown away by MyTaxPrepOffice. Pros I love its ease of use and this is not just in one area but in all.
