Pros The look of ease and organization of the Dashboard Cons I cannot expand on any cons as I am just beginning with the using the application. I just completed my 1:1 training with Siquard, which was GREAT! Switched from [ProSeries Tax](https://www.capterra.com/p/249725/Intuit-ProSeries-Tax/) I realized that I had been using ProSeries since 2015 and the cost was astronomical for me only getting 2 states and others I had to pay extra for, which I had to pass the cost onto my clients. I was a fresh-start company looking for a less costly solution. I had some frustrations in that first year, but some of that was due to my inexperience. Every year the software has gotten better, and filing returns gets easier. I've always been able to contact support and get my questions answered in a timely fashion. Pros I like that when I come back to use the software every year, there are improvements made to it that really make a difference with the ease of tax preparation. More forms continue to be added as well. Customer support is easy to get hold of. Cons It takes a while to get used to how the forms feed from one to the next. For me, it sometimes wasn't apparent. There is a proper sequence of completion to get all the auto-fills to work. This takes a while to master. Reason for choosing MyTAXPrepOffice cost! it was within my budget at the time.
