So far the set up has been easy. My 1-on-1 Training with \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me a lot. He was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. MyTaxPrepOffice was recommended to me by a friend and she was right--so far so good!!

Pros

Customer Service is the best!! So easy to get support and they take the time to answer all your questions. Love that they have Spanish speaking agents!!

Cons

It did take a few weeks for me to get a 1-on-1 training appointment after my purchase. I was about to reschedule due to a personal matter but if I rescheduled the next availability was in 2 more weeks. I guess my suggestion would be to add more agents so appointments are sooner.

My charm the software product K know that right now it was my training but I liked the program.

Pros

El programa es bueno y agil adicional lo que lo fortalece son las personas que apoiyan cuando tenemos preguntas, conocen del tema y se esfuerzan con la paciencia que tiene a dar resuktados en las preguntas, y si no nos dan de 24 a 48 horas para resolver y exacto llega la respuesta.

Cons

Al ser un programa nuevpo para mi a veces me siento un poco perdida, lo cual me hace perder un poco de tiempo. Pero si lo recomiendo. al final lo voy a manejar perfecto.

Pros

Love their concept and some of the features. Support representatives did try their best, but they cannot resolve form calculation problems.

Cons

Prepared six returns to date. Five out of the six had problems. 1. Form 5329 calculating incorrectly.(Sent to Support) 2. Schedule A worksheet for mortgage interest limitation was nonexistent.(Sent to support) 3 & 4. Processing of 1099's required creating a new return each time (Two occurrences)(Phone support was able to help by instructing me to create a copy and deleting original return) 5. Final straw, Schedule 1, calculation for taxable portion of state refund was calculating incorrectly.

Pros

Up to Date, Cloud Based and Good Pricing.

Cons

Concerned about the time to manully check data entry on W2's, 1099,s etc. I used Drake's double entry and liked that security.

Price was significally lower than Drake. Drake's support has really gone down the last couple of years and support means a lot to me. I don't use it much, but, when needed; I expect it to be quality and available.

I feel I am going to LOVE MYTAXPREPOFFICE for years to come. I would recommend to all my colleagues.

Pros

I was very impressed with the Demo team and the training team that assisted to convert my clients from ProSeries to MyTaxPrepOffice and completely set up my program to be ready for tax season.

Cons

Any new program will have a trial and error in locating how to... However the support was ready to answer all my questions.

I like the portal that is offered to clients. This allows clients to provide tax data is a secure manner and have chat about any concerns.

Excelente, me ha gustado muchisimo el trato de los empleados

Es muy practico, ayuda a ser mas rápido en tu trabajo

Cons

La app que tienen para que el cliente firme desde su celular es excelente, pero no me gusta que es solo si el cliente esta a mi lado. Seria muy buena opción que se pueda enviar un link por mensaje de TEXTO que descarguen la app y puedan firmar mediante un codigo
